John Deere 4055 main pump removal. 

Loved this video. Just had to replace a o-ring on the out side of the pump on my 4760 tonight. She was dripping all day chopping haylage.

Damn I replaced one in my 4430 when I was in my 20's (it is a 77 model) without taking the fuel tank off. It was a bitch but wish I was 25 again!

It's almost impossible to get those pumps out of there without taking the fuel tank and rad out! I've taken pumps out of 2940 and 4520 by just pulling the radiator. Thanks for sharing!

Hey Jon, great content!! I’m in need of some pointers on replacing those hyd coupler bushings and pins. Your video kind of skipped over this part. Probably because it’s not as hard to do as I think it is… maybe. Do you have any advice to offer a novice mech on this procedure?

Jon, I am working on a 3020 john deere s/n pre 122,999 I has a hydraulic oil cooler but no cooler bypass valve. Is this normal?

How to increase torque in this pump? Only fuel dose?

Jon, have to say I am a little disappointed that the video skips the actual removal of the pump itself. I am looking at having to do this on a 4010. Is the pump removal process the same on that model?
