Starting at 20F isn't a big deal. My dad's JD 730 would start with minimum issues at -20F in ND when I was growing up. It was a sad day when he traded for more power, it was an easy tractor to work with.
I’d like to but axle mounted duals are difficult to do on a 730 but it’s been done before. Clamp on duals are possible too but I’d rather not go that route
