Yes Ray had some issues with his hearing aid as you see he missed his cue and John pointed to his backing singers and indicated this....but he sang Ray's part too lol. None the less they just kicked it out of the the ball park....I know John was just over awed at having the opportunity ot sing with this legend.... Some great videos out there of duet with John & Tom Jones, John & Celine Dion.Olivia Newton John etc etc etc

Wow my ears are blessed listening to both performances! That's was such a jam! Hey ACL, i saw on ur last reaction of Gigi that someone requested u to react to Gigi & Katrina singing Run To You. You know im a fan of Gigi & I love Katrina too. I think Katrina is one of the top vocalists in the Philippines. Just want u to be aware that when u start comparing 2 Filipino singers, that toxicity will enter your comments section. There's this penomenon among fandoms in the Philippines that they tend to support 1 artist & will bash the rest. Katrina fans are not so bad but Morissette's fans, at least some of them, have been bullying Gigi on social media for a long time. When u start doing reactions to Katrina, for sure they will start requestong for Gigi vs Morissette as well. I'm a huge fan of Morisette, & when she was just starting to get popular in 2016, i was requesting reaction channels to react to her. I did that straight for 3 yrs. I saw her live twice here in during her US tours. After she became famous, I started supporting Kat around 2018 & I dud the same. Then I discovered Gigi in 2022, & started requesting for Gigi. So I'm a fan of all these 3 singers but I'm focused on Gigi now bc she's the newest one to break out of the scene & diesnt have as much fans as the other 2. That's why when I request, I choose original singer & Gigi, bc u can't really bash either. But if its both Filipino singers, it can get ugly. Gigi has so many bashers in the Philippines & she said it affects her mental health. She has a history of depression & anxiety & was bullied in school, plus other challenges in her life, like being raised by a single mom (shes an only child), growing up with very little money, & her mom just passed away a couple months ago. So shes very vulnerable right now. So yes u can go ahead & do this reaction but just be aware that it can lead to requests of Morisette & Gigi, & there might be some very rude comments, which is so not what ur channel is about. I can tell u now, Katrina slays this song everytime she sings this. Gigi has 4 videos singing this song, some are ok, some not ok. That's why they didn't upliad on their official channel. They only upload the very good ones on their channel. Gigi has a gazillion vids bc they did livestreams twice a week for over 3 yrs. Gigi says she sings all kinds of songs bc ppl request them on their livestreams, but her preferred genre is pop rock, like Paramore, Avril Lavigne, Alanis Morissette etc. This makes her unique bc most Filipino singers just sing pop ballads & r&b. Anyway just want to give u a heads up bc I hope we can keep the positive vibes in your channel. Thanks!

@@Anothercoverlover62 Yeah I just wanted to give u some background bc some of these fandoms can get fanatical, & sometimes nasty. It's the fandoms actually, not the artists. These 3 singers are all very sweet humble actually. The culture of the entertainment industry in the Philippines is very competitive bc there's so many good singers there, so the fans become competitive too. Gigi, Katrina & Morissette all competed in these contests since they were kids & didn't even win the top prizes. They just became popular bc they were invited to sing on the Wish Bus (the radio station who invites unknown or lesser known artists) & started getting noticed. Then the RU-vid reaction videos started happening. These singers were initially all snubbed by the 2 big companies that control the Philippine entertainment industry. They only started paying attention to them when they became famous on Wish, RU-vid & social media.
Well then some are going to loose their minds! I’ve had at least two requests for other Philippine bands and singers! I feel obligated to do them on one hand but on the other I agree with you I want this to remain a peaceful channel!

I'm just letting u know that if u do Gigi vs Mori, there will be negativity & toxicity in the comments bc of these immature fandom wars going on, which is nit what ur channel is about. I have nothing against the artists, i love Morissette, but some of her fans (not all) can be very toxic. Gigi just did an interview a few days ago in Toni Talks channel (it has 2+ million views already & has subtitles if ur interested), where she talked about her bashers, to the point that sometimes she wants to quit singing. U know her mom just died & she's in a vulnerable state right now. Maybe if u decide to do a Mori vs Gigi in the future, just do a reminder at the start of the video thst this is not a contest but rather trying to appreciate how artists interpret these same songs.
