Every day I get dozens of posts by people complaining about the background noise to the point where I feel like, gee, would they prefer I just delete the videos. I forgot to share that, after the set, I walked up to John and told him how beautiful his new songs were, and he seemed genuinely touched and grateful, and gave me a huge hug and we spoke a bit. I didn't know if he'd be friendly or an ass based on what I'd heard, but he could not have been nicer, and even tried to help me with my camera after the flash didn't go off for our picture.
