Standing outside after a LA’s concert waiting on my husband and brother in law to get their T-shirt’s from the concession shop I was approached by a guy holding backstage passes. He asked me if I was there with other girls and I quickly said yes😂. Best lie I ever told. My hubby brother and I went upstairs to a nightclub where the band were letting their hair down after the gig. They got talking to John Powers for most of the night. He is an incredibly down to earth kind guy. Lee was on the dance floor by himself most of the night so they didn’t get a chat with him but the boys have great memories of that night when I decided for the first time ever to be a ‘backstage groupie 😂. I still have my backstage pass, now in a frame. I’ve seen many many bands as I’m an eighties girl but this little adventure is up there with me dancing on the stage with Chuck Berry but that’s another story. Good times. How can you tell. I know nothing about guitars. But It sounds a bit like punchy. That probably makes no sense. Almost a bit sharp sounding. I suppose if you play guitar and can set them up then you will know when they aren't playing correctly.
