The two Auburn players will be special team players this year. Next year they hopefully take over. Mike Jerrell had the best phone call and I have a feeling he will be special.
Those two CBs from Auburn should fit the scheme Coach MacDonald wants out of his players for his back field defense. Shift and Rotate and co fuse the Opponents routes.."Go Seahawks!"🎉
I love the fact that both those CBs are predominantly press corners at Auburn. There's a lot that can be done with that and it'll be nice to finally see Seattle out of a defensive zone scheme all the time. Hopefully they both can play at a high level for us and against much better WRs.
This is a really awesome channel. You do very well with presentation and audio. Your film study impressed me, because the way you broke it down really suits the RU-vid audience you’re reaching. Informative, yet simple and to the point. Really intrigued to see how this grows. It’s a needed pocket in the amateur Seahawks media realm. Film study is very hard to come by. Keep up the great work👍🏽👍🏽
Please do a full breakdown on Jack Westover from my Washington Huskies who we signed as a UDFA. I personally think he's one of the best TE in the nation this last year, but admittedly I am incredibly biased. But the young man catches everything within a 10 yard radius of him. Thank you sir.
Interesting theory that I could see happening. I think for right now the hawks feel comfortable with Julian Love, Rayshawn Jenkins, K'von Wallace and Jerrick Reed. This could be a big need next offseason, but I also think that you feel pretty comfortable with how the safety market is moving that you'll be able to fill the need if need be. But maybe they do try moving some players.
Coby Bryant should get some solid looks at safety. I think he'd be an excellent safety with his ability to hit as well as his ability to cover. He still has some work to be done. But he's shown some flashes of brilliance, especially hitting and stripping the ball.
I don't really think it was. Remember that we are going to get Mike Morris back off of injury for some depth and Dre'mont moving back inside. So for defensive tackle we had: Leonard Williams, Dre'mont Jones, Mike Morris, Jarran Reed and Johnathan Hankins. I'm not saying we didn't need to draft a DT at all, but we didn't need a superstar starter like Murphy. We totally could've gotten a 3rd or 4th round guy and been fine. Our improvement in stopping the run is going to far more be from the new scheme (which I'm making a video on soon) and the return of Nwosu who is excellent vs. the run.
