As a favor to Ricky, John Simm (star of the hit BBC show Life On Mars and guitarist for the band Magic Alex) plays a part in the 'Observation Test' on Episode 6 of Meet Ricky Gervais.
P.S. His wife isn't actually named Marjorie. ^_^

i remember this show and hated ricky at the time cos i didn't get him. now i think he's the funniest thing on the planet and i even like watching these old clips. so anyone who thinks he's shit...wait. Irony will find you one day.
