SENSATIONAL. i LOVEDDD johannes’ choreography as always however it was so uplifting to see him in his prime; living his absolute best life with john by his side. the technique was immaculate, although i do believe john could’ve put a bit more oomph into this spicy latin number by, as craig and anton agreed on, relaxing the shoulders and having more fluidity in the hips but this partnership delivers week in week out and tonight is no exception. fab!! 9.5

Love their partnership and I've thought Johannes was an exceptional dancer ever since he joined the show, but it has been amazing to see him show more of his personality this series. I know it's supposed to be about the novice dancer's journey, but it's been fantastic to see Johannes too. It's a joy to see them dance together.

These two gorgeous boy's just make me feel happy.

I love them both, but honestly I think that John would have struggled to dance as well as Johannes here because the man was at his very best and dancing his heart out, so sweet.

My favorite couple this year. They are joy to watch.

Last week they made me cry - this week i can't stop smiling. I don't care about their technique, i just know that i watch their performances again and again and again. They bring joy to your life.

John is such a wonderful person besides being a great dancer. Love seeing him perform each week. Sometimes I find him that touch reserved in his movements but I think he’s improving on that all the time. It’ll be criminal if they don’t get to the final, love him and JoJo together :)

John is a fabulous dancer as for Johannes his whole body seemed to shimmy from top to toe.

Sensational! I’m so happy that Johannes is pushing John past his limits because he is keeping up! It’s endearing to see John working so hard. I don’t think any other partner would allow Johannes to flex his wings so fiercely.

One of the best Samba's on strictly in my opinion, John had rhythm, bounce, precision, there was so much Samba content in there it had so much spirit from carnival to campness it was just brilliant, leg action was strong he kept his front leg straight and the back leg bent which is exactly what we are looking for. I love the african references as well that Oti very memorably used in Danny Mac's Samba. It was just brilliant all the shimmys and hip thrusts honestly the only thing I want is it to be done again, just wonderful to watch. *10/10* so much fun, what is it with Samba's always being really entertaining lol

I smiled from start to finish…this was a party on legs for sure…so much fun and excellent dance wirk. You two are a joy to watch every week. I sure hope John’s self confidence has improved as I cannot understand why he wouldn’t see HOW AMAZING he is. And it’s soooo obvious this is Johannes’ favourite dance…awesome moves from both of you. John brought the party this week. Excellent rhythm and energy. His hip action in the voltas was exceptional. Softer knees and a more forward posture would have allowed that hip action to be just as impressive through the rest of the dance. 9

These two are a joy to watch!!! Wow, this year I am divided between two couples, I hope one of these two will win (Rose and Giovanni or John and Johannes). They are both amazing. I am utterly disappointed by the voting criteria from the audience of Dancing with the Stars, I am hoping that with Strictly some justice will be done. Great job!

I think this was a harder week for John. Not that he didn't master the elements of the dance that Johannes had choreographed so beautifully, but that his physical body - which is more substantial in the core/trunk area than Johannes - was more difficult to move and flex. And let's face it, Johannes is such a showman - he just throws everything at every performance he does! John was really good, better than I had thought he would be, but in previous weeks he has been excellent, so "very good" is less good than that, if you see what I mean. I'll be livid if they don't go through comfortably. We've seen so many celebs leave on their samba dances but there really should be no danger of that happening here. John has shown himself a terrific dancer and I think they are both able to enjoy the performances so much more because of all the hard work they put into the rehearsal period. They are always such a pleasure to watch.

This season was my favorite!! Love John and JOJO!! But also love Rose ! ❤🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥰

This was one of the cleanest sambas I’ve seen alongside Danny Mac. I actually wanted a little bit more tension in his hips and to shift his weight a little bit more forward other than that brilliant! 9
