@Doubtlessly Uncertain I'm probably the most influential and genuinely incredible person you will ever have the privilege of interacting with. The fact that I have taken time out of my day to reply to you will be something that you carry forever as the most inspirational and life changing moment of your existence.
@@heracleum3353 except it won't. I don't know your name and I don't care who you are. If someone texted me that you died within the next 5 minutes I wouldn't even feel sorry for you
@Liam Corbett here is the full thing: Revelation 6:1-17 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword. And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: and they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled. And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; and the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; and said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
Yet, perhaps you could say The Great War was a apocalypse in it's own sense. It devastated much things that we would classify as beautiful today. These young men crawled out into the dirty trenches never to return home. Now that's a apocalyptic atmosphere isn't it?
@@ahmedhassan829 Not really. Middle class people are genuinely happier than rich people. Why? It's simple. Middle class people are happy with what they have. Rich people are not always happy, despite having all the money they want. They usually spend it on drugs or booze (not saying that other people don't) because they already have everything they want. Personally, I think life is all about your grind. You work hard to earn money to invest in something else. Take Grand Theft Auto Online as an example. Most of the vehicles are expensive and you mostly have to grind for them, but if your are rich and have everything, there is literally no other point to play, as it gets boring really quick.
I don't even play cod or any other fps game but i am willing to buy bf 1.But all im saying is that the song used by CoD (Space Oddity) was even better than the Trailer itself.
Federico Marras Hmm that must be the second mission (The first one took place in the interrogation room and going to the train, though that could have been Prologue)
Coming back to this many years later, I still love it so damn much. 1:32 always gets me, the way it gains intensity, it still makes me think about all these images and memories of Johnny Cash's life flashing past within seconds. And at the main part, 3:07, when saying "run on", the way he drags out the third one "run ooooooon". I love that so much. There's a specific time that this takes me back to. I associate three certain games with this, and it's not even Battlefield 1. It's Hunt: Showdown, Bully Scholarship Edition, and mostly Friday the 13th: The Game. I didn't feel this way at the time, but looking back at it now, I wish I could experience it again. I don't think that the time I'm talking about was even very good for me, but I just remember it and wish I could be there again, I think the main reason is just because of Friday the 13th: The Game. It's just in a horrible state now, dedicated servers shut down, no more updates at all, hackers are taking over it. I guess this is me wanting to go back to when it was thriving and it had it's own fun little community. I also notice this is completely off topic because it's a different game. I can't explain it properly so no one is likely going to feel the exact way that I do.
Well now you have Texas Chainsaw to thrive on lol. Still haven’t played it myself though. I joined the F:13 game a little too late myself, and it was starting to go downhill thanks to that stupid lawsuit. Run boy run by Iron fits F:13 more imo.
Raptinator Dennis Yeah, I admit but COD is very VERY over exploded the jet packs absolutely ruined that game it was SO much better in it's prime of the original black ops!
i listen to the BF1 soundtrack whenever i play multiplayer mostly because the only thing that you can hear are screams, gunshots and the occasional explosion
R5yneed I kept those men in the first mission alive for as long as I could. Fought with the first one until I my gun was empty and it took 3 flamethrowers at onice to kill me.

Never loved FPS, never played Battlefield but I listen to the song and realize every time that it is a masterpiece. The incessant rhythm, Cash's voice, the image of a gunslinger God, the sense of inevitability of death that the protagonists of the First World War felt, marked by the words "sooner or later God's gonna cut you down!" is poetry of war. The music and the video game together are much more than a commercial product, it is pure art! The remix makes even more of the original.
@@toeman4628 I'm sure if they used it in John Wick they would have paid royalties and got the licensing. They used a bunch of copyrighted music in that, and most every Hollywood movie.
+Commander Riley I don't think what he said has anything to do with him being a soldier. That was just what the officer said to his men before going over the top of the trench.
I think it's a little unsettling I'm just a tiny bit creepy with those off put looking goggles to staring into your soul with an anti-tank rifle pointing at you
Is it just me or does it bother anybody else that this “sniper’s” goggle is pressed down by the rifle to the point he wouldn’t see anything but the butt stock of his rifle...
1:32 Anyone wanna cry at this part? Just makes me imagine a montage of Johnny Cash moments going past one by one. It’s so.. jesus I don’t even know how to describe how much I love this part.
Man years later after BF1 and I’m still loving this, and the glitch mob remix of Seven Nation Army. If there’s one consistently good thing about the Battlefield franchise, it’s their great soundtracks, OST’s, and various music mixes. From 3, to 2042’s theme, and OST’s they have great music in all. Especially the digital ripples of BF3, and BF4. Then the orchestral focus of BF1, and BF5.

@@natalie6811 you did not know why you made this comment 5 yrs ago but today, after all this time, you kinda made my day, thank you for that 🤗 😘 ❤️ !!! Tbh, I was a bit 🤔 disappointed with this remix, I was expecting something else, much more than I listened to, but it's ok, your comment just paid my time waiting for this remix to give me the vibe that I was expecting but not coming... 😃... And 5 years ago, you took your time and post this comment... Today, it just made my day 😎 !!! Be blessed 🙏 🙋♂️ ❤️ !!!
I always thought the "old western clicking sound" was something similar to the gears or crank of a tank since that's how the older tanks operated, they played this song in the trailer and one of the scenes was the Tank campaign so I assumed it was trying to fit the theme
Love this song. Virginia Tech football also uses this at Lane Stadium for their pregame intro, just before they run in to Enter Sandman. I'm sure you can imagine how awesome that is in a stadium full of people stomping and clapping!!
Man if you think this is long then what's the 9 minutes of instrumental intro for pink floyds shine on you crazy diamond like for you? Or the thirteen minute intermission between chorus's? Since it's a 25 minute song
It makes me feel like an edgy fifteen year old sitting on the floor of his room, living amongst his own filth, escaping his failure in school and society through well composed melodies.
I have never in my entire life played a first person shooter and felt the way I did whilst playing this game. I am absolutely blown away at the work of art that they have created. I literally couldn't blink an eye during the story mode. The music is astounding. I genuinely feel like the game is honouring the dead. Remarkable! 10/10.
Monkey D. Luffy i would hope you feel that way cause it IS honoring the dead hence why the put their names and their years of life and they put a big long thing at the end
Dr. Cringe maybe, I think the return of Nazi zombies is great though I think it might take us back to 08 when we saw zombies for the first time in cod. I heard people were scared af for the first time playing Nacht Der Untoten.
All i can imagine is a shell shocked soldier walking along the long battlefield , as the carnage takes place around him , he rethinks his life and the things hes done and about how the atrocitys he commited and fathers and sons hes killed he knows it will all catch up to him.. he sits down beside a dieing an enemy soldier to watch the sunset not knowing if he will make it another day..
I loved the original song when it appeared in the first mission of Battlefield 3, Interogation, Blackburn explaining his story, as it slowly fades, song is heard loudly, fading into the ambience of an LAV engine, guns shaking, radio going off as they receive orders to dismount to rescue a marine squad.
My study hall teacher thought this was "lofi chill music" and put it on while we were working in my junior year, any time I hear any version of this song I start laughing now because of that.
Whoever made this, well done... this is superb. A lot of remixes of good songs seem to not understand that it only needs to be simple, and doesn't have to have all crazy sounds in there.
My dad met johnny cash, It was during a military activity where the Special forces troops went to this video game con where it had Army based games like CoD and battlefield and what-not and he got to talk to him. He told me the story and it makes me think how wonderful the world is.
All I can see is the courier the lone wanderer and the sole survivor slow walking across a battlefield with weapons drawn but in a sort of relaxed position
Courier 6 Well you are now my favourite person in this comment section. But it would be cooler if they are walking towards the camera and then all the companions come out from behind then. Dogmeat fawkes piper etc and it slowly pans over all of them walking towards a super mutant colony
Courier 6 Vault 111, Vault 101 Courier 6 slo-mo walk as the dust kicks up, the camera panning to each of their faces as they come up on their new location...New Orleans perhaps, St Louis, Chicago? Who knows...
the moment when you listen to this song and in the same moment you are playing the tank hunter elit class and it's a insane feeling thx for this nice song
