Thanx Travelingtico for your set, the French Mondkopf, translate very well, the country blues of Johnny Cash, The Music Monster and the Legend, of the United States of America, who RIP with Elvis. Very Great Hit for ever.
Funny thing is ..people are complaining about th remix...The remix is what actually led me to start listening to Johnny Cash...never really been interested before.
I´m a "real" Johnny Cash fan and I still like this song(remix). If you think about it, a lot of Jonny Cash songs were covers! I belive that old Johnny wouldn´t mind if there was remixes made of his songs.
That is one hell of a good tune man!! Johnny Cash is awesome. My thanks to whoever remixed this! I don't know how you did it but you successfully made johnny cash even cooler.
i think this remix is pretty good for a couple reasons 1. Its longer 2. the drum beats are powerful 3. and just the way the remixed sounds go with the song are great 5/5 IMHO
@tolldoll100 , yes, but i understood it was a traditional folk. I checked Odetta perfiormed it in 1956, on "Odetta Sings Ballads and Blues". Thanx for the information.
He wore black for the oppressed people and the poor and the ones who were discriminated like the black people in his time. He would love these new people.
This remix is FIREEEEEEEEEEEEE! the original is pose to slow build up the somber tone to hit the point across but this bitch here just mutants it to slap u across the face. I love it!
Sweet fuck, this is AWESOME! Where on earth can I get this remix that made an awesome Cash song even better? I want to play this when I hit the punching bag and lift weights.
@chestor so true!!! Would fit perfectly with Ross's soundtrack to Book of Eli... the song matches the movie too!! I now feel the urge to re-edit Book of Eli just to fit this song in there......
you need to timestretch the sample more since it is recorded for that loose timing sound the drums you put over it need to be a bit loose too but damn i love that synth over the top, what did you use?
Pretty bad ass remix. Some of the synth sounds are kinda overbearing on my speakers. But it might be just because my speakers are shit. But overall an awesome remix.
Been looking for music that sounds like this. George Ezra's "Spectacular Rival" fits into the category. Can someone point me out more bands/songs that sound like this?
on some of the things that are being said about this track, being off track, to many sounds and what not, that aside, its actually pretty good.. to a certain point that is.
