@@sabanapatel1 It does help she has a nice smile. You know somebody mentioned her for the *role* of Mera. I don't know how, I don't know she's ever acted - But it would be interesting!
@@eleanorcooke7136I think you can understand his situation. He was subpoenaed as a witness and clearly was over the questions and constantly having to go over his story, and he probably has a job that he can’t just bail on to sit around for 1-2 hours to give his testimony. Also with the case is that he can’t accurately predict exactly when he will have to start his testimony and when it will finish, so he was clearly in a hurry to get to work or head home or wherever he had to go.
I can’t believe that Count Olaf actually admitted that he used Captain Jack Sparrow as a baseline when unethically evaluating Johnny Depp. Captain Jack Sparrow???
I knew he reminded me of someone!!! I always had this itching feeling like I've seen it somehow while watching his behaviour when testifying, but I just couldn't pinpoint it even after thinking of all of my acquintances. Now that you've mentioned it, I regret muddling my thoughts in them. I can't unsee it.
However…. You can vape, drive and snort coke from. Kleenex while you do it. You can also do all that together. But you do have to answer questions, bc we are doing a trial, kinda «
Apparently he's broken the Goldwater rule. It's a rule stating that it is unethical to provide an official, professional opinion on a person who they have not examined personally. JD did not do an examination, the judge even ruled that he didn't have to do one, so Dr Spiegel has no ethical basis to give an opinion in court.
Actually I read that Mr. Rottenborn and Mrs. Elaine are amazing lawyers that won many cases, also that applies to Mr. Chew and Miss Vasquez. But I think in this case Mr. Rottenborn and Mrs. Elaine look like idiots because they have nothing to work with, and that’s their job to defend a lier but no matter how good you are you can’t win a case if you are lying. So poor them for having to defend AH and getting all this hate even though they are good.
The look on Johnny’s face is so funny, he looks like he’s just as invested as we are hearing it for the first time 😂 like “oh- that happened? no way?! HUH 🤔”
That psychiatrist is just obsessed with Johnny lol he 100% saw all his movies and shows Also the way Camille smiled at Dr Moore was just a little "ur dead now" reminder
Never been interested in televized trials before, especially when celebrities are involved. However, this trial has been very entertaining. Really dreading the end…😞
I have respect for JD’s lawyer that he managed to keep a straight face and talk to the psycho doctor like he was not a weirdo. And for Johnny to be able to smile at EB stupid speech.
The psychiatrist was hilarious! His mouth 😂 He confused the hell of the prosecutors and defense team! Ben & Johnny’s reactions are priceless! Many “my cousin Vinny moments” 😂😂😂😂 Glad Johnny was vindicated 👍🏼💕
Johnnys nothing short of a legend. One of, if not, the most iconic actors of our time, as well as (inadvertently) a trailblazer for all male survivors of domestic violence. I’ve never been much of a movie person, can’t say I’ve closely followed johnnys work, but he’s the type of guy I’d love to have a beer and a blunt with. He’s just a pure soul
The most iconic and talented ever in my opinion. (I have a Bachelor degree in acting and in cinema,so i've studied him and others icons very well and deeply at the lessons. Nobody Is like him,he has a veeeeery rare and genuine talent for acting. And he never had an acting coach or studied for being an actor !!!! Insane Genius , GENIUS.
I have a love-hate relationship with the idea that people make memes and funny moments out of this whole thing... On one hand, this is public display of johnny's past 10 years of being abused and having the worst time of his life. On the other hand, this is way too hilarious to not make memes about it 😂
He might have been nervous but Johnny seemed to not be taking this too seriously either. Yeah, money is on the line but it would be more insensitive if he was fr being emotional
I feel like it helps to consider Johnny's personality and humor, I think he would laugh at the edits too (just like he laughed at Amber's attorney mocking him despite it being disrespectful). That was his personality before Amber pooped the joy out of his life (sorry, I couldn't miss the opportunity). It is a serious situation, but Johnny has been in a dark place for years, I think he appreciates humor mixed with support.
It’s not the abuse that’s being memed it’s the ridiculous lies, the sad attempts at defending a narcissist, & Johny’s team OBLITERATING her & her team lol I hope that helps you feel less bad
@@PurpleFlowerwork I don't want to counter your point but add to it and say. I'm fairly sure, that supposedly there was actually some rough times before AH due to JD having a series of unfortunate events in life but he got up and sorted himself out after being given opportunities. So that humour likely came from biting through the pain, also hence the dark comedic comments and such.
So you’re telling me that THIS man… went to college and med school (a total of 10 - 12 years education), and is now a registered psychiatrist?! HIM?! No ma’am 💀
I love the court reporter lady. She’s so sweet, always looking at Johnny with respect and admiration. He stops and talks to her everyday after court. I bet he sends her a “special” gift after this is over.
I love, how much Johnny interacts with everyone who deserves his attention ... good people ☺️ He is so damn down to earth. Acting is a job. He knows it. Besides a few like Keanu Reeves. They are like everyone else. Everyone has a strength. Those two just get paid a little bit more for their job 😁
Johnny’s possibly already got an offer of a new movie and he’s studying old doc brown to base a character on him. Probably be about an asylum patient who’s taken over the position of head of the asylum lol.
Believe its a lawyer trick to influence the jury. Cant unsay anything, even if its struck, the jury hears it. Backfires when you get caught in too many made-up statements.
The bit where amber said that if she pushes Johnny, he doesn't move but if he pushes her, she goes flying across the room got me laughing so much. That meme made my day!😂😂😂😂😂
i am still laughing about the testemony of the dr. who compared jonnys acting as a pirate to his sworn testemony. i just cant stop laughing because all the faces of all the peopl are just so damm good
@@Tom-bi4ci no way. I was silent the whole time cuz, when I saw her allegations back then, I felt something wrong right away. But you can't, you know, accuse I "potential victim " of being lying, specifically a woman. I'm disgusted cuz this so bad to see. Do you know someone that can even take her lawyers seriously? I can't. They are acting like dummies and we are seeing a trial. These things supposed to be taken seriously and even "the experts" are clowns. That's why I'm disgusted but at the same time joyful, it's entertaining af(which it shouldn't 🤣).
@@GuigaRizzo I’m just glad a mans case is finally being taken seriously. Men can be abused physically and emotionally so I’m glad it’s being recognized! Edit: had to autocorrect myself lol
it’s funny how she calls him Johnny, which is a nickname, and he calls her Miss Heard. If he really did these horrendous things, why would she be calling him by a nickname?
I'm confused. His nickname is Steve. His name is Johhny (John, Johnathan, Johhny - though legally one are often used like a William Bill or Will, or a Richard Rich and Dick)... haha. Dick.
3:06 like everyone else watching, I’m firmly on Johnny’s side. But zooming all the way out, even as someone who knew nothing about these two or the case itself, I believe this is the most unavoidably hilarious trial in legal history.
The fact that there are already 9 parts of this is mind blowing really. It should be expected a court trial to be serious and all that, but this....this is just very good comedy. A thank you for AH and her team for making this possible, it was really entertaining.
As much as I love that this is going on and how genuinely funny it is, I still feel really bad for JD, he deserves way better and doesn’t deserve to go through this
Jhonny Depp face when Ben was talking is priceless he just closed his eyes and looked down like no way there are more idiots just like Amber defending Amber lmfao
I think this is mostly cause JD's lawyers are defending someone whos telling the truth, and AH's are trying their best to defend someone whos lying and creating more lies time after time, so they cant keep up with it, and dont know what to do
I saw a lawyer (I think it was Law & Lumber here on RU-vid) say that clients hire lawyers that fit their personality. You are working very closely on intimate and sensitive issue, so you want someone who is like you so that you get along and you "jive" with one another. I think that says it all in this case really.
I think it's also obvious at this point that AH wasn't honest or transparent with her counsel and now they're left trying to piece together a coherent narrative that makes her look good. But they can't and AH is throwing them under the bus for not producing "evidence" that she never gave them.
"dr" spiegel was SO crazy I was literally JAW ON THE FLOOR when he asked "do I have to answer this question" and at least half the rest of the testimony
As someone who’s been on amphetamines, you could not convince me that man was not on some kind of amphetamines. Coke can do similar things but doesn’t last long enough to continue that kind of behavior for such a long time.
Processing speed is affected by ADHD. You know the thing Johnny has been diagnosed with. Thanks sir for confirming his diagnosis, nothing more your honor.
@@porkfriedrice1530 to even get an adhd diagnoses you have to have had symptoms since childhood usually evident In school reports and family and friends who grew up with you should be able to testify to your symptoms . But anyways I’m trying to say it’s hard to even fake adhd if that’s what you’re suggesting because if u randomly one day have all the symptoms in adulthood in an attempt to get adderall or any other medication it would be less likely to get a diagnoses. So Johnnys adhd diagnoses is near impossible to falsify as he would have had adhd all his life not just in adulthood to get a buzz 👍🏾
I'm convinced this is the first time in awhile that Ben has had to deal with a case that he didn't expect to be easy but constantly surprises him on how easy it is. His facial expressions and body language speaks for itself
That lady who sits there and types....when she interacts with JD is too cute ❤ those kind of moments between 2 people that don't know each other is Gold
I like how he could totally step in and smash them in a day but he’s like “ Nah, let’s let Camilla shine and let the other side… ah… play this out, and I’ve got this in case anyone needs me. Plus to admire Johnny’s drawings and enjoy the show from a great seat
I loved johnny depp in pirates however I think this show is pretty good too. Very interesting character dynamics. Interesting villain character even if her acting isn't great.
Well I'll be honest I don't really understand cause I fell down this hill now I got glue on my hand and there's records on my fingers (what?) records on my finger records on my finger and I just can't stop!
"She has a cool job it looks kinda fun" "indeed it does. How much $ do they pay" "70K" "hold up what" This conversation actually happened and I refuse to believe otherwise
How cute was the interaction with Johnny ,Ben and the stenographer. Johnny is so friendly to everyone he is around throughout this whole ordeal. Unlike someone else 🤔
i love that Johnny can admire other jobs outside his own profession i didnt watch a ton of his movies but i have watched a few one of my favorites was recently i watched his headless horsemen film about the horsemen killing people off and hes like this sheriff surgeon person its a really good movie it was called sleepy hollow id rate it a must watch or a 9/10 but like i just think hes cool and seeing the little mannerisms is so neat
So funny. AH is done for, her lawyers are 'pants'. JD has made friends for LIFE with his team of lawyers & all the stenographers , court officials & other staff for ever. Because he is so lovely kind , generous & honest. This would make a great film, give it 4 years, Johnny plays himself & Winona or Kate Moss plays AH , bah ha ha ha !!!
No Amber turd is, they probably know that Amber is in the wrong since she's filled with lies and bullshit. You simply cannot defend someone filled things like that.
the thing about this is that AH kept on taking pictures of Johnny and kept recording their private conversations or fights but she never recorded the alleged facial injuries or the time when she stated she was “raped” and she was bleeding -never she sought medical attention……. ridiculous 🤡
I genuinely wish there were subtitles for all the interactions between The Depp Lawyers and literally everyone else in and out of the court room- the officers, the judge, all of it- and I especially want to know what the interaction was between Depp, one of his lawyers and the nice typist lady. I thoroughly enjoyed your subtitles for that segment!! Thank you for this edit!
