Jonathan Joestar he was propelled by his horse using the steel ball so it was both the rotation of the steel ball and the perfect rectangle of Slow Dancer which caused Johnny to use Tusk act 4
correction to you: the boi johnny can use act 4 on ground to beat people up and shoot nails, but in order for johnny to use infinite spin he needs to be with his horse
Lord Diavolo Ik I’m late as crap but Johnny used act 4 when he was carrying gyro’s casket with him at the end of the manga. U know when he spun around the captain and the other dudes to let him on the ship. Tusk act 4 was just casually chilling behind him when he did it lol. Edit: forgot to mention that Johnny was walking so I guess he can use act 4 when he walks?
@@saadiaaguissane1739 im2 dumb enough tp argue that phantom blood is the best part something about Jonathan not being some badass who always wins was entertaining and seeing him grow as a Hamon user and character and while it was bizzare the plot made sense and seeing it from both JoJo and Dio's perspectives solitify it at least in my oppinon as the best part
@@natashiachung that or just when you see the person using times too hit them or use your time stoo so when they stop time you also stop it and can move in it
I still have trouble learning how to use Johnny and I don’t know how to do that target thing and when I tried to use circle it didn’t work, and I checked my nails to see if anything was wrong but I don’t know
the way tusk should work is that he should have a bar that fills up more when he takes damage and everytime the bar is fill it resets and gives him the next act
