Yup, You have to S Rank one of the missions in story mode. Not the story related quests but the challenge fights that require you to fight lvl 50 enemies.

Yeah, for example : Jonathan & Zeppeli VS Kars & AC/DC will unlock Yukakos Towel costume. Even if you already have that costume but are still under leveled, it's a great way to get EXP.
So are there specific attacks that plant a bomb on players or is it literally every single punch Killer Queen hit them with puts a bomb on them? Cause I haven't tested it yet
The problem was that his DPS was so low and his attacks require such particular set up that he was too easily overwhelmed. You could take apart an opponent if you were meticulous but it always felt a bit too uphill compared to other characters and especially compared to his Yoshikage version.
