That award question triggered Johnny. He was never nominated for an award in his life, so always claimed he didn't care about award ceremonies. But the first award he was up for, he suddenly wanted to attend. How ironic 😄 🤣 😂 😆 He was mad because he was called out on his hypocrisy.
His expressions with his face and especially his eyes always have fascinated me. He's like that one close cousin everybody else is afraid of but you're not, and you want to take certain traits he intrigues you with, and make it a part of you.
@Gusto Punk From Lydon's past interviews, spanning five decades, I would say he doesn't care what other people think. I'm sure there are a few people in his life (family and friends) whose opinions he does care about. To be an artists one absolutely cannot get hung up on other people's opinions of one's work or one's POV. Do you care what people think of you?
