@@Asterion_Mol0c does Commaraggh even count as a regime? I admit I know very little about the Dark Eldar (shockingly enough its not too fun reading about torture rape furniture) but from what I do know the Dark Eldar don't really seem like a dictatorship, autocracy, or theocracy.
