Hi Sir, if property jointly held by husband and wife, can we transfer all the money to husband’s account? Will there be any legal issues in future. Wife is ready to give NOC about payment to husband.

Sir, 1bhk mai 3 balcony hai 5 feet area hai har balcony ka.. Kya redevelopment ke bad muze 3 balcony ka area carpet mai count hoke area milega yaa less hoga balcony ka area...?

Sir meri wife aur maine joint registry ke sath 2019 mein ek house purchase kiya tha jismein sbi se home loan liya aur main usmein Co-borrower hoon main army se retired hoon aur meri wife ki govt job hai wife ke salary base per he HL liya gaya tha lekin September 2022 se ham aapsi dispute ke karan separate ho gaye aur wife ne bank ki kisht dena band kar diya sath he mere uper court cases kar diye ab yadi ham is behalf per mutual divorce lena chahte hain ki main apne hisse ki property apne bachchon ke naam per karva doon joki apni mummy ke sath mein he rahte hain to kya aise mein registry bachchon ke naam ho jayegi jabki is house ki registry document to bank ke pas mortgage mein hai🙏🙏🙏🙏💐💐💐💐💐💐💐Please reply sir

If you don't pay any emi which is credit card personal loan home loan car loan etc etc even if you miss one emi then it will impact your credit score
