At least two of the girls I've known who talked about being a "real lesbian" (in rooms where they were surrounded by several older lesbians) and made it their entire personality, ended up married to men and had multiple children within ten years of those eyeroll-inducing antics. I'm convinced that the louder and more annoying they are about it, the less likely it is to be true.
