Joker welding cart build 

Building the JOKER welding cart, i found a need that needed to be filled, i got tired of expensive to buy but cheeply made stamped sheet metal welding carts, so i built a couple of my own that are far better and fully welded, made of stronger structural steel. heres the build. enjoy and let me know what you think.
