Your recipe for Jollof rice is easily the best I have tried by a wide margin. My husband requests it all the time and absolutely loves it. When we go back to Nigeria I will also be making this for my in-laws. I can’t wait to try your recipe for wings and shrimp to go along side

I tried your highly viewed jollof recipe and it didn’t turn out great (most likely my fault💀😂) but I have just tried again using this video recipe and it turned out absolutely amazing 😍😍 I have never in my life been able to make jollof rice well and I have watched so many videos. Hello, I just got this rice, but for the usual rice I use for jollof rice, I parboil first. My question do I skip the parboiling stage and treat the rice as basmati rice?
