Everything O said is pure facts. He definitely became ghost. He did it coming into Power as an underdog and Stars didn't give him the recognition, especially financially after he stayed dedicated to the role in so many ways. They also didn't respect his ability to adapt and elevate as both Ghost the character and Omari the actor who has the talent, and experience to direct on a major level for the series. He deserved more as an actor who is so damned talented and also, he deserved to get the opportunity to make sure Ghost had an ending that was original and great for all he went through as one of the most iconic and legendary characters on television.

I agree with a lot of what Omari said. At the same time, none of us ever fully get the credit that we deserve. Furthermore, I’m sure Omari would admit that the role of Ghost opened so many doors, doors that have benefited him professionally and more importantly financially. Focus on the positive!

I noticed this for a while now. Jon took most of his roles as a Military man, a prisoner or criminal and a police officer and he is always perfect for every role he took. Underrated as heck

Omar was Ghost, well he got into it and played it awesomely. Bernthal made Punisher come alive and become believable and elevated that character. Great actors and actresses are given roles to shape and make us believe they are real and loved or hated 😉 Many actors are just eye candy for the camera, but real actors live their roles and elevated them to me.

I love hearing how artists handle their business, view things and go through their creative process.

I told my wife that the way they wrote his character the episode or two before he’s killed was designed to make him a villain outright. The way he was written totally undercut what they built with ghost over the years and it was obvious. Way to shoot yourselves in the foot!

Omari became my favorite actor season 1 episode 1 of power. He drew me in from the second I saw him. I remembered him from gridiron gang.

And as you see even tho he deserves it causes he's an amazing actor he hasn't been in nothing major since that show ended.
