Never really bothered with watching UFC but this documentary is something special!

I was going to sleep, but here we go

Jones is the epitome of the saying "The only one who can beat me, Is ME".

The beating Jon gave shogun was the most brutal beating I’ve ever seen. It felt like he could have ended the fight any second but wanted to torture him hitting him with everything in the book. Also can’t believe he did not include the glover fight that was one of his most impressive wins.

Watching Jon Bones Jones take 3yrs off moving up to heavyweight, and beating Gane in 2:04 of the first round without breaking a sweat he’s definitely the GOAT no doubt

He’s the only guy that leaves his opponents literally fighting for their life at the end. His opponents look destroyed on the canvas.

Just watched Jones debut at heavyweight after 3 years of no fights, and he walked down one of the most talented strikers in the division and choked him out in the first round. This is, in fact, what the greatest MMA athlete of all time looks like and his name is Jon ‘Bones’ Jones.

His build is insane. The height, length, and still dense lean muscle is insane. Always blows my mind

Fun fact : I’m one of the only two non-famous people that Bones ever followed on Twitter. Now he only follows his brothers and his team, but we had a good little run. All because it was my 15th birthday and I told him to follow me cuz I was his biggest fan. I’ll always love that dude forever for makin my whole year with that gesture. He followed me for a while too not just for a couple days. Pretty cool to say u were virtual friends with the baddest man in the history of the earth

I knew JJ is the best to do it but never went deep into details. After this documentary,it’s him from 1-5 than everybody else. Dude is natural born fighter and I can tell you I’m ordering merchandise I don’t remember when was the last time I felt goosebumps like from JJ. The best for sure.

I'll never forget Jon Jones when he was on the come up. My dad and I didn't really have a lot in common or spend a lot of time together when I was growing up. One thing we bonded over was our love for UFC, Boxing and other combat sports. I was a really good amateur boxer and he was a very good wrestler in his day so we both liked the UFC and Boxing. We would bet $20 a fight normally and we'd order the PPV and order Pizza for dinner. Such great memories cause I didn't spend a whole lot of time with him in those days. I remember my dad doubting Jon Jones, I took him against I believe it was Ryan Bader. My dad took Bader and lost. Next fight against Shogun he bet me again and I won. Next fight against Rampage Jackson my dad was all-in on Rampage and bet me $50 and I won that one too. He was even more convinced that Machida was going to beat him but I told him "Dad stop betting against him, I don't want to keep taking your money just admit that he's amazing and he's going to become the champion" and sure enough he did. Finally after how dominating he was against Machida and Belfort he admitted that he was wrong and that Jon Jones was the real deal. Really unfortunate what happened to his career and all the issues outside of the octagon but inside of it, I don't think there has been a more dominant fighter than him.

My favorite fighter since he first stepped in the octagon. Remember seeing him at a local show in MA before the UFC when he was with B0mbsquadd NY, he was the talk of the crowd and you could just feel his presence. What he did to some of these guys is true greatness. Watching Rashard Evans come out the gate and looking absolutely petrified is the perfect some up to how his Opponents felt.

Adesanya reminded me of him. Adesanya is like jones but with less strength and ground game. Jon jones is a complete fighter like wow

Jon is the epitome of a warrior. He's precise, effective, and ruthless. Definitely not a role model for life, but he's is undoubtedly one of the best hand to hand fighters in our generation.

Bones is basically the perfect storm for a professional fighter. Raw talent/genetics, dedication, starting in the early part of his prime, rounded and intelligent skillset, perfect record (disqualifying loss is bs), defended his title, and fought when the division was popular so he had good matchups. So many greats are often lacking in one or more of these areas, which either hurt their career or their reputation in discourse of their greatness; but he had it all. He's basically the perfect competing fighter on paper. His only issue is his personal controversies. But that kind of fame and success seems to make everyone act irrationally.

It's crazy that his high fight IQ see now, is an indication that deserved to go to college; physically and intelligently. So smart. He had to lose his dream, to live his dream.

Gustafson has one hell of a chin for taking all those shots. Bones is really something else man.

I like how his story starts with him becoming a father and doing what needed to be done.
