Jon McLaughlin - Dueling Pianos Feat. Ben Rector (Beautiful Disaster/Brand New) 

So I'm sitting in the 6th row last Friday night in Hershey PA with my 13 year old daughter to see 2Cellos. . . preparing to suffer through the obligatory opening act when Jon McLaughlin walks out and sits at his piano. I must confess that we did not know you or your music. Thank God we do now. You blew us AWAY. We laughed. We sang (after your fine coaching). We cried (after "Still My Girl"). A miracle occurred as your performance made it cool for a teenage daughter to hug her Dad in public. Your music touched her heart and she could see that I (with eyes full of tears) needed THAT hug. You gave us both a moment we will never forget. You're talent is a blessing. Please don't ever forget how much it is appreciated. . . even by a grumpy, old Dad with a melted heart.
