I have been rooting for Pogi, but Jonas is unbelievable and I have nothing but respect for him. I wish he was 100% for this epic battle. A tough day but you can’t count Jonas out at all. The way he says “Yes it is” when asked if can still win is not to be dismissed!
Jonas is amazing. To come back so quickly from such a terrible accident and to still be in a position to win the tour is mind blowing. To hear Jonas never say anything but positive things about his team and competition shows his professionalism. Jonas can win for sure.
Vingegard has done exceptionally well in 3 months. He has a very strong winning mentality. Both Vingegard and Jonas are on a different class. Remco will be in this class soon.
Also have you not been watching? Visma has been trying that and tried that with Wout but UAE are not letting anybody from Visma go into a break. And I don’t know if Wout can make stay with the group if UAE sets a hard pace from the beginning. Heck Evenpoel and Quickstep should drill it from the beginning to isolate Visma.
Jonas has downhill PTSD. Really understandable when you almost lose your life and with your family in your mind all the time.He is a climbing monster but its pretty obvious now he is not 100% but still a monster. Plus this team is not complete.
Pogacar is leading, but you can’t underestimate Jonas…… this guy…he’s just waiting, waiting for the opportunity, not to get 15-20seconds, but minutes….. I hope Pogi doesn’t have a bad day. 🤞
Well, at this points he needs to gain minutes because he’s two minutes down. Maybe he will try something today but he also can’t wait until the last day.
Of course, Vingey still can win, if he said "he is dead" there will be nothing to watch - in that case, tour de France organizer should "fine" and "sue" him.

He's a lot thinner than usual because he lost muscle during his recovery from injury. It's also one of the reason he lacks any hint of acceleration. He will gain it back next year.
tbh - all these interviews at the finish are more than superfluous; leave the riders alone and care about recovery instead of answering stupid questions which doesn't benefit anyone...
