These are made for bigger wings and forwards, not really geared towards a guard so if you want a totally responsive guard pair, go for Kobe’s or the Curry 8 or sth. Otherwise, if you’re a big man, this is great
I'm 295 lbs. i dont have a lot of mobility. i like these shoes. my dog ate my first pair, so now i have one to beat up and one to wear casually. i love that outrigger.
I have a pair in the original black/white color way and love them so far. Great impact protection for my bad knees. The big outrigger gives me confidence that I won't break an ankle. Lightweight. True to size. Comfortable right out of the box. Wish they could find my jumper...
@@bedtime1363 I've worn the Kyrie 7s, Lebron 18 low, PG5s, the Zion 1 and Kyrie 7 have been my favourite shoes for me. I use the Zion 1 outdoors and Kyrie's indoor, for our new bball season I bought the Zion USA colourway for indoors, will be using Kyrie's for outdoor lol. I am a small guard and rely on speed, have no issues with the Zion's after 1-2 weeks of break in
@@bedtime1363 I play outdoors on average 5 days a week on pretty bad concrete for atleast 2 hours, lasted me about 2 months. If you're playing less and on a more forgiving surface should you last you at least twice or more as long.
Got a Purple pair, the inside of the midsole material can rip easy, but I’ve enjoyed the shoe, as a big guy forward very good cushion & support. Traction is actually not bad as thought! Traction 7/10 Durability 7/10 Cushion 8/10 Material 6/10 Comfort to Size 9/10 Overall 7/10
I disagree about the cushioning: PG 4 are much softer, even without the zoom unit in the forefoot. Zion 1 is much more like PG 5 in terms of cushioning, and that's not a good thing imho.

Looks like it’s a big man’s shoe. Surprised Zion didn’t go with a tighter toe area being that his feet could explode out of this mesh. Tongue looks comfortable for those wearing ankle braces or extra socks. I’ll try for sure.
bro thers 2 types of shoes. low to the ground extreme traction light weight for pgs, and high ground super bouncy impact protection strong structure for all the other positions. and let me tell ya zion 1 are the king of the latter.
I don't get the review as you are contradicting cushioning set up is good, but not good? too much? material is good and feels good but the material isn't good? if it the material feels good then it must be decent I think you really need to work on getting your review a little more consistent

it’s not lgbt thank god because i just got this color because they either had purple black or that one and i got the noah color way because that’s the only One they had my size and I was tired of black and white anyways I looked it up and his brother cousin nephew something got a pair of white shoes while Zion was at the Jordan headquarters and they gave him some colors to color on them and you just started coloring all over them with all different colors and he was five so that is the inspiration
