Chapman through a HANGING SLIDER. Who wasn't going to hit that? Plus, he could have easily walked Altuve and pitched to Marisnick who was on deck. Marisnick was a .190 hitter. Totally Chapman's choice to pitch to Altuve instead of pitching to Marisnick, which I think was stupid. I couldn't believe my eyes when i saw him pitchubg to Altuve. Chapman was all over the map. Mark F The Yankees sounded the alarm earlier in the series when they accused the Astros of “whistling” to indicate sign stealing. It’s why the Yankees routinely had Sanchez visit the mound to change the frequencies of their signs any time the Astros bats got going in the series. In my opinion, that allegation and the Yankees precautions during that series is what got the ball rolling and forced MLB to open an investigation.
