Todo un espectaculo musical a los 24 años en Australia en el año 1970. Un genio de la guitarra y de la musica que no ha sido valorado como ha debido ser en su tierra Puerto Rico.Ya cuenta con 78 años esperemos que en vida le rindan el reconocimiento que merece. El ha sido un talento musical genuino; no como estos pseudos cantantes urbanos.

Though nobody would play Samba de Orfeo like Luiz Bonfa, I think Luiz would be very pleased with Feliciano's version. Feliciano is an intense, incomparable phenomenon in guitar playing, voice and showmanship.

In 1970, I bought this album and listened to it. At the time I was 14 years old, I lived in the Far East. I appreciate that the video was seen.

Jose would have been around 25 years old when this was done. What an unbelievable talent. I don’t think anyone else on earth could have done this. As famous as Jose became, I don’t think he ever became famous enough. He was definitely one of a kind. I have enjoyed him most of my life.

Here .. Jose F. ..making music...along with the guiitar... w/instruments...Percussion.... etc. Following Jose my whole life... I see were it comes from. In many songs he has that Samba Swing when playing. Jose...." God give U...100 yrs more ..of life " ...& come back to Long Island....

First time seeing this performance by Jose.Truly magnificent.Black Orpheus is available on YT,truly recommend this film ,before the commercialization of Rio’s Carnaval,an amazing film that captures the spirit of the Brazilian Carnival.

I had the pleasure of seeing Jose at least twice in Brisbane, Australia in the early seventies. He had a hit here with "Adios Amor" which apparently he had to relearn for performances in here. To me it's still one of his greatest recordings.

Esta pieza musical es una obra de arte rara, los músicos están tocando con el alma, con el corazón. Completamente desprovistos de escenografías que salen sobrando. Aquí se funden los hombres con los instrumentos, se mezclan la pasión, el talento y las culturas. El nombre “Feliciano” es solo la excusa.

Yes... It's that genuine feel for music ... I suspect he breaks his own heart when he plays. Each and every note has a special meaning for him and subsequently.... for us, too. He plays for himself... and the feeling is passed on to us
