No clue how a soundcloud user could have found all of this but it's just incredible! Thanks for posting this amazing band's album in full! It's a toss up between The Sound and Josef.K for my favorite post-punk group at the moment.

I discovered this band and Postcard Records in 1980. This is one of my favorite bands and I thank you for posting this. A classic.

Paul Haig and Davey Henderson both jacked in their bands when they could have held on a wee bit longer and pulled it back together in an alternative universe.

If only the world produced this sort of stuff on a daily basis, instead of wrecking itself with blandness and hate - glad to have been there at least and to have whittled the corresponding yardstick! Peace, folks :)

Definitely agree this is the best of that era - shame they were embarrassed by this production. But it is quite bright

I fell in love with Josef K when I bought the "Young & Stupid- Endless Soul" LP in '87 age 14. It's amazing to hear this full album, but is the "Sorry For Laughing" LP available anywhere on RU-vid ?

Josef K must be the only band that constantly wrote new tunes to the same lyrics. "Radio Drill Time'/"Heart Of Song" "Drone"/"Forever Drone", two versions of 'Citizens" etc. I think that there was just too much creativity.

Absolute potential masterpiece in terms of the songs, but actually painful to hear on vinyl due to the excessive treble in the mix. Still, it's in my top 50 albums of all time.
