I listen to these while I'm working bcuz I'm learning nothing in class. Its the only channel I can find that helps me so I hope all the info still up to date
Pls continue your video vlog because you are such a big help to many of us, I passed my NHA by continuing on listening to this every night before I go to sleep. You are the best teacher👍thanks a lot.👍👍👍
You are a fantastic teacher! I’m currently in a phlebotomy boot camp course and taking the nha exam in a few days and realized I was taught almost nothing. I’m very grateful for these videos because I feel like I just might pass but ultimately I am understanding what I need to understand for a career as a phlebotomist.
Thank you so much for the kind words. I'm happy to help. I have an online boot camp for $180. I know it's too late but I'm so happy I can be of assistance. Good luck on your exam
You explained very well that my instructor . You make it easier for me to understand . I watched this video over and over for the full hour and I got 95% of my exam for chapter 9 in phlebotomy. Hope you upload more by chapter of the books I’m starting to watch also all of your videos about nha exam. To help me prepare before my board exams
Hi Josh, is there a way you can post chapter 1-6? All I see is chapter 7-8 and 9 and this video regarding phlebotomy. I listen to your videos during my long commute everyday. Hope to see it soon!! Thank you!
I never put them up. I really posted these for the class I was teaching a few years ago and it seems to help a lot of people. I can always make one for any subject that you need help with?
@@joshallen2126 Hello. I am becoming a phlebotomy tech and I am in a class. I was given the book phlebotomy essentials 6th edition, a workbook, and when I go to class my teacher has me "review" with her on a little sheet that is fill in the blanks. That I fill out before we start No reading out the chapter with me as you do in these videos. I saw the 7& 8 before this one just now. Coincidentally, it IS thanksgiving time, lol. I am the ONLY student in the class, by the way. Not a large calling for phlebs at the moment, but with social distancing, it has worked out for the best. Anyway, I have studied till my eyes are falling out, used Quizlet, and still feel apprehensive. In class I have performed a TB test, passed, and Tue, I did a cap. puncture. I am worried that we have CPR to do, and still haven't even started the vein work, and won't till next Tuesday since Friday we are out because of thanksgiving. SOOOOO, since this is a 4-week course in class and a 2-week externship, I don't want to be told that we didn't cover enough or do it all and that I have to do two more weeks of class time so I have read all to chapter 11 and did up to chapter 11 in the workbook. I have asked for help so many times about the exercises and told to wait till after lab and she never gets to it and then once even graded a few chapters while I was doing an online quiz and had the nerve to give me an 89, even though I had asked her for help three separate times to do the work. It wasn't done because I couldn't do it, and I am at my wit's end. PLEASE, can you do some type of explanation about requisition forms and the information that is on them? I have this exercise and it shows the picture of it in the book but NOWHERE in the book does it say what the heck the lines are or explain what the info is. If you need me to I will send a picture of the exercise as well as the page of the book it is on, but if she won't help me, I don't know who else to ask!!!!
