Reminds me still of my husband who died the week after his 41st birthday (cancer). He was so unassuming and kind. He would have hated that we were all deeply mourning his loss and he really just wanted 'forgive me if slip away' with no fuss, no tears, no regrets. Wish my son and I could spend just one more minute with him xxx
Am so sorry you have to miss him ,i can understand his disconnect to having to leave ,some people just don't want to feel the pain for others because then they will feel the pain of leaving them selves ❤️.
My daughter passed at 32 some 20 years ago! Delilah turned me to this man and his voice! No matter it envelopes me in hope and love! Angela died in February and when he says, “I never meant to let you down” I know this song is from her! Thank you Josh!

Truly, I am so sorry that you lost your "darlin' husband". I lost my precious daughter, in the first few days of February, not this year though, and I had listened to a live version of February Song, and it had meaning for me surrounding her death. Not being sure what the lyricist meant, I went on to say that it meant for me the loss of my darling girl-after cancer, and that she never wants to let me down-or anyone- and that she just had to slip away, and I was there and tried all I could to help her "slip away", with th e help of wonderful nurses in the ICU and she was so brave-she knew she was going., the last tie I ever spoke with herm while sh e was conscious. Weren't we fortunate to have such great loves in our lives? So, thank you for saying how you played this at your husband's service and how he really loved the song. It validated something for me! My father died in May of 2020 ( 91 years old ) I’m still miss my Dad . My mom passed away in December, 2016 , (84 years old) I’m hopeful some day I will see them in the Heavens, I miss , love them so much .
This song is used frequently by people with a family member with Alzheimer’s-it was written about depression by Josh but it sure applies to sadness of Alzheimer’s disease. I so feel like this song applies to me, I feel like it is my song. My life is so crazy, and I went through so much dramatic stuff as a kid, and it was literally hard for me to find my ground in this crazy world, and I stopped hanging out with people and now I have some good friends, and life seems overwhelming to me because its changed so much so fast and my life used to be horrible and hopeless and now I can't tell where I belong in this world, and all that I've got is lost and found.

Micah, once you've heard Josh sing, no one even comes close to entering your heart through music. I have been a fan of Josh Groban my whole life. He is, in my opinion, the most talented and good-natured person I have ever heard of. I get so happy when I see other people like him as well. This song, in particular, touches my heart. "Closer" and "Awake" were two of his albums that really spoke to me. However, every CD he puts out is beautiful. Thank you for making my day.

His songs are over-produced, in my opinion, but they suit his voice. It's hard to explain but I like his songs that are considered "over-produced." His voice is a gift to us all.
I saw him do this live in Seattle last month. I confess I had never heard the song before, and when he did it, by the end of the song I had tears streaming down my face. I'm a musician. I feel the music. He felt was he was singing, and it showed. Beautiful, simple song with a deep hidden meaning only he understands, but no matter. It is fabulous, and he is the best there is. Bravo, Josh. You are loved--by many. The 16 dislikes probably listen to acid rock.
This is my favourite Josh Groban song. I only discovered his music last year after it kept being recommended to me on Spotify. ( I am in the UK). I instantly thought what a lovely voice he had and found he been around for years. I have now purchased most of his albums and like the enjoyment of slightly different styles of music with the same great voice. The only one I don't like is Noel but I am just not a fan of professional versions of Christmas music by anyone. He has done great covers, others have written wonderful songs for him but I am often drawn to his own material the most - February song really stands out for me. It is interesting that he wrote this fairly early in his career - I hope for more like this on his next album.
Seriously, the most AMAZING live performance, (concert) that I have ever had the honor of attending! Josh was so accurate and his voice so strong, they didn't need sound equipment! This beautiful man is very blessed with an amazingly beautiful voice. I would LOVE to see him perform again.
The amazing thing about josh groban is he's a baritone yet he was taught how sing beautifully. If any bartitones want sing like him or better look up ways to sing online.

Its kind of hard to believe people would dislike a song like this. If youre not a fan of the genre sure, but to dislike and say this snog isnt amazing in it genre is ridiculous. Josh is pretty much as master of his craft. This is coming from a guy who listens to mostly electronica!
Wow, this is amazing...i've always loved this song, seeing as me and Josh Groban share the same birthday in February, but this video enhances it so much more...i love being able to watch him play piano, the dots of lights, the colors, and close ups of him...amazing :)...
Oh My God - I heard this beatiful song on the radio a few times and did not know the name of the artist. I took a chance on You Tube and found Josh Groban! He is truly blessed, what a voice! He is truly talented - and his smile is genuine. How rare these days to find a truly talented vocalist without all the bells and whistles.
