"Mind stepping away from the doors and windows, please?" "This whole *room* is doors and windows." "Josh!" "I'm cooperating, I'm cooperating!" LOVE THAT ONE!!
@Geoffrey Zoref What's sad though? You're actually serious. This was a television show. They're allowed to be funny. Obviously they would never say that to the real president. Duh. What's wrong with you? You must be a Republican, because you have ZERO sense of humor, dood. Get over yourself already. And shut up. "It's an irresponsible thing to say to the president." Thanks for the reality check, Einstein. Try to grow your sense of humor back, won't you? Everyone will appreciate it.
@@cynthiaennis3107 Not only that but in a later season its revealed that all the windows are bullet proof really being near the window is safer than being near the door.
POTUS: I'm a national park buff, Josh Josh: I didn't know that about you Sir, but I'm certainly not surprised POTUS: Why is that? Josh: You're ... quite a nerd Mr. President 🤣🤣
"you guys don't realize it, but you're having a pretty bad night." "oh really? and whose gonna give it to us, huh?" "FEDERAL AGENTS" "Right here, right here!" ... "now i'm havin' a good time." "well, my work here is done."
@2:06 where he gives back his pass to safety in case there’s a huge disaster/war to be w/all his family, friends & the women he works with, who don’t get that privilege of safety, is my favorite scene of all time! ❤️💕🌹. The last scene...so...Josh! Loved it!
I've loved this show since I first saw an episode. Why? Great plot, brilliant lines and a very human cast. The last clip really captures how human they are.
Very Horatio Cain-esq at the end of part 1; "The president doesn't hold a grudge.(put sunglasses on); that's what he pays ME for." Almost expected the CSI Miami theme to play after that. Yes, I am aware that this was before CSI Miami.
The scene from 2:10 to 2:45 is probably my favorite TV moment ever. Josh is such an amazing human at that moment, and you know he's sincere and not just trying to be a good guy, which makes him even more the good guy. Thanks for posting these great bits!
Unfortunately some of the representatives that are there live in districts that are so overloaded with voters from their specific political party that too vote them out of office will require those representatives retiring..........or dying in office.....(8^(
"...well take your money and everyone else's and use it to pay down the national debt and further endow social security. What do you want to do with it?" "Buy a DVD player" "See? We don't trust you." "I want my money back" "You shouldn't have voted for us" 🤷♂️
Considering whose name? Martin Sheen, fka Ramon Estevez? His character, Josiah Bartlet? The Joshua Tree might have "piqued" an interest considering Joshua Lyman's name.
Josh also had a much better argument back to Donna on the surplus. No one can predict exactly what kind of emergencies might come up in the future. Just because we collected more tax revenue than needed doesn’t mean that we won’t need the money later. If an emergency comes up and we only have as much money as we planned to spend, wed be fucked. It’s not always a bad thing to run either a surplus or a deficit
God, Amy was insufferable! It was like she purposefully tried to make everyone's life difficult and took every opportunity to do so. I'd take Mandy over Amy any day!
@@brittanybesecker6153 And she was I think one of the reasons Rob left. All of his screen time was going to her! And then they just had to bring her into the Santos administration 🤢.
