Josh Mat Sevan Episode 8 

My favorite thing is that this is 3 guys telling stories, laughing and having a good time. Seriously Josh’s laugh is contagious! Love it!!

Everyone loves to knock CrossFit, I absolutely was one of them. Then the rona hit. I scooped up a ruck from goruck, a rower, some sandbags and kettlebells. The machine satan himself designed, the echo bike. I listened to a podcast with Mat and loved his attitude and work ethic. Now I’m a huge crossfit fan. I’ve watch many videos on past games. It definitely finds the fittest on earth. The mix of events is wild, how does one train for a marathon row and yet maintain the million other events. It’s beyond impressive the Mat one 5 frigg’n times in a row. He’s a mutant.

This has become one of my favorite things to listen to.

This podcast is great, natural flow, great sens of humor!

finding out about all of the shit that crossfit kinda messed up with games is really interesting. that lake story about zeke grove was crazy.

I remember the year where Regionals had maybe a quarter of all athletes in every region blow out their pecs doing ring dips and Dave blamed it on them not training them enough. Some guys only got sidelined for a season, but it ended a few careers.

Being able to listen to these talks are great for our souls. Love you guys.

When I first saw the lake in Madison I literally thought, "I can't believe they're swimming in that. I bet it's disgusting." Any lake or river near a major city is almost certain to be full of pollution and toxins. And dead bodies.
