I like the full length episodes much much more than the subclips but the RU-vid algorithms or whatever does like the subclips better i think. Thats how I found you guys first, and I didn't even know you had the full length here until I watched like 6 of them

For the josh haters how can you hate somthing that handsome, for the matt haters such a straight up nice guy humble in speech. Love you boys thank you for all that you do really respect each and every one of you, thank you for these they mean alot more to us than you'll know.

I lovveeee the Echo. Not because it feels good, but because it's one hell of a challenge. Currently hitting up 30 min max efforts / day on the Echo for 30 days. I'm 21 days in and my max has improved by 22 percent. Just hit 475 cals yesterday.

Man I can so relate to the groceries in the wrong place in the store. Found 2kgs of Mince in the cereal isle and some things are arms reach from where they got them from but can't be bothered putting them back.

Josh is right about the flights. I’ve missed a few flying for work and I always get out on the next one. You can even change if you want to. I had a flight delayed for like 6 hours and had the option to get on another. I’ve never had to pay to get on another flight. My fiancé also currently has a voucher for a flight he didn’t take last year.

keep the show the way it is. Don’t mess with something that’s working as it is. It will grow organically if you guys keep being authentic. The positive comments say it all x

I love Mats attitude toward his retirement. It would be easy to hold yourself to past standards and have it ruin the gym for you post-retirement, but he already proved he's the fittest in history. Nothin to prove anymore, just enjoy yourself my dude! Love it. Also, yeah, unless they've been around a professional environment, most ppl nowadays don't have phone etiquette, social media and smart phones have ruined those type of speaking skills for younger generations

If you miss your flight, they put you on another flight...for sure! That’s happened to me on United and Southwest. I travel a lot for work and often have a tight window between meetings and flights. In my experience, the airlines always find you another flight if you miss one.

I'm listening to this as I'm warming up on my assault bike. I hate it. My finisher is 50-40-30-20-10 cal AB and cal row. It will be awful. My kid watches paytheman on RU-vid and everything mat fraser. I'll probably start my own podcast because of Sevan. You guys are great.
