Josh began teaching clinics and developing his style of horse training in 2001, which would evolve into what we now call Relational Horsemanship™ today. One of the core beliefs of Relational Horsemanship is that your horse is not trying to disrespect you; instead, we believe that if a horse is struggling, it is an expression of met or unmet needs. By becoming curious about how to meet our horses' needs, Josh helps empower horses and people to live more freely and purposefully both inside and outside of the arena. The journey requires courage to show up and let yourself be felt by your horses and, as you lead by example for your horse, the depth of connection as a result is like no other.
