What? U just broke me man, Im gonna watch DIU again in his memory :c And yes, he's the only Jojo that acts like what he is, a teenager. I love him so much.
We need The Entire JoJo Fandom To Make A Tribute To Billy, I don’t really know his full name, but it would be really Great to at least serve a purpose in Honour of him.
He's my favorite character, and scenes like this are a big reason why. I love that he's never expected to be cool or badass, so he can just be himself in any given situation
I feel like he's the type to stick with how he lives now. Sure he can be really excited about money and ask his dad for allowance, but if Joseph ever decided to spoil Josuke with SWF money, he'll feel bad eventually and only take what's needed. He's a good boy.
Even when he's told by Jotabro he's there to give him a share of Joseph's will, he says he wants nothing to do with it. And when he won his part of the lottery ticket his mom puts it in a savings account and he doesn't attempt to spend it lol. I've always liked how even tho he gets excited over money and spends it in weird ways he puts his morals over it.
Josuke complains about the fact that he only has 285 yen in his savings, but the 20,000 yen he originally had in his account is also about only $175. It makes me sympathize with him even more.
@@nasiek2218 But, he's a highschooler that actually tried saving his money. That's pretty respectable. Joseph easily spent it not knowing how much it would be because he didn't know the exchange rate was pretty terrible for him to do.
Jonathan: i have to stop my brother even though it pains me dearly Joseph: i must fight these gods in order to save the world Jotaro: i must travel around the world and fight countless enemies to save my dying mother Josuke: i hope i did well on my math test Giorno: i must fight a powerful mafia boss to save my country from drugs Jolyne: i must fight an insane priest and escape jail Johnny: i have to fight the President of the United States so he doesn’t use the power of Jesus for evil Josuke: i don’t know who i am Jodio: hey kids wanna buy some drugs
Welp, you can say that about almost any jojo Jotaro and Giorno also got sidelined in their own parts, and Jonathan and Joseph got almost all the attetion but the other characters get almost no timescreen. It's not until Jolyne when the other characters get development AND the main protagonist too
@@andresdeleon2122SPOILER ALERT Giorno and Jotaro didnt get sidelined,Both of them did most of everything and all of them get character development,Remember when Giorno said he would never cry?Look at Narancias death.
@@conuniqmayoralpromedio6397 Compared to Bruno, Giorno doesn't have as much attention, even tho he did do a lot and Jotaro didn't really do much until the final battle tbh
Jonathan was a gentleman, Joseph was a street thug Jotaro was a prisoner Giorno was a gangster It's nice to have a normal teenager after all the previous characters
No, Joseph wasn’t a street thug. He was that crazy rich friend who owned Tommy guns and grenades and had a fucked up family history involving vampires and mystical martial arts.
This is why Josuke is my favorite JoJo Jotaro was a burgeoning stoic badass that had to learn how to use his stand in a group of experienced users Giorno was a literal gang member surrounded by people who used their stands as weapons Jolyne was a tough as nails delinquent down on her luck and having to resort to desperation to survive and achieve her goals Even Joseph and Jonathan were kinda forced to grow up pretty early, even if they dealt with that and their problems in different ways But Josuke is through-and-through just some plucky kind-hearted Japanese kid who just so happens to have a stand and he just stays that way through the entirety of Part 4 Even Koichi and Okuyasu change more than him by the end, but Josuke is just a dude, just a little man, a guy
That's what I liked about part 4. There's no grand overarching plot of something, only a bunch of townspeople with stands. Of course that includes psychos, but there's no grand ambition or something.
@@user-bl6fv4rf8k so ur trying to tell me that u would travel all ovre the world just to fight a gay vampire who can stop time and call that relatable ?
He is as kind as Jonathan As funny as Joseph As badass as Jotaro And he is much more relatable than all the previous and next JoJos Best JoJo for me hands down
@@Username12168 You're in luck, the author of Purple Haze Feedback teamed up with an artist to make a spin-off manga about Hol Horse going to Morioh before the events of Part 4 in order to track down a Stand-User bird trained by the dude who trained pet shop and he meets Josuke who helps him out. I'd recommend checking it out since it's so far pretty good.
@@yehuda8589 Ah yeah I've heard about that. I should have been more specific because I was talking about the main series despite bringing up Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe.
Josuke is just your everyday teenager. I just love how wholesome and relatable he is. You don’t have to agree with me, but Josuke and Okuyasu best duo.
As much as I love Joseph and Giorno, Josuke will always be my favorite Jojo, I relate to him so much. (I still don't know about Jolyne, Johnny and the second Josuke cause I haven't read those parts yet)
You'll probably really like Johnny, he has that sweet disposition kinda like Josuke (but badass of course like all the JoJos), they are my two favorite.
Jolyne is definitely still fun, but she does have a lot more of Jotaro's seriousness and stoicness, obviously being a delinquent in prison Johnny is pretty average, he's a bit more adult, so he's not as "fun" but you can definitely feel for him Gappy is... even he doesn't know. He's a fun character, but you definitely cannot relate to him, I won't spoil anything, though.
Joske is so special though he is a normal boy living up his life in a happy joyful way. He knows he has a power the power of his stand but he still tries to not stress and that is why he is so special. Man, sometimes I feel like he has another power of kindness that is just not seeable. He is a special Jojo in my eyes.
In his interview araraki said that he wanted to create a more relatable and more "normal" JoJo as Josuke, that everybody would be able to see as a kind of a normal person and not such distinct and extreme personalities like Jotaro or Jonathan. That is the reason he gave the scenario of this JoJo as a teenager in a small city living a normal life and not as like in the case of Jotaro who is travelling around the world defeating minions of a boss to cure his mother.
Josuke is the most relatable character of all, he's the only character besides Kakyoin who depicted the harsh reality of being a gamer in the modern world
I can heavily relate to Josuke here. I'm a teenager and I act like my age as well like Josuke does. And I can Relate Tomoko with my mom. They can be a little pushy with both their children at times, but they love them. So, to sum this up, I love Josuke as a whole. And I'm Depressed his VA died. WHY DIDN'T I GET TO MEET HIM?!?!
I think Araki explained the charming aspects of Josuke the best. While Jotaro is more like a hero to admire, Josuke is pretty much a dude you'd like to hang out with in real life. Has some quirks, but still down-to-earth.
