I went to Hawaii in 1983 with the Fan Club. The boys played a softball game, then we saw them perform at Blaisdell Center. We got to meet the band backstage afterwards, but Mr. Perry was not there. Lots of fun. I bought a concert shirt there -- my most prized Journey possession.
I was on that trip too and the one in January 1987. I took a few pictures at the softball game and concerts. I don't recall meeting you. It was such a memorable trip. It's hard to believe it was almost 40 yeara ago.
@@jrnyfan_57 What a small little world. My friend Craig and I made the trip in 1983. I remember we brought a boom box and played Journey out on the hotel balcony and lined up all the beer bottles we drank. Fun times!
Most definitely. I have so many memories with Journey. The 1987 trip was beyond amazing. I would love to see another trip, but there's no tan club now. Are you on Facebook?
