HERE' S ONE TO ALL THE NO STEVE NO JOURNEY AND AP HATERS! However, you want to argue whether who sings better or is the best or whatsoever. .. FATE has already long decided for this band and this people. Rather than arguing over and over again, creating crap, hate, and disrespect. Let's just appreciate what fate has brought journey to this very day. Whether you're a pro Steve, AP or the other singers, at the end of the day, the reality is, we are still enjoying the beautiful mastery and craft that this wonderful music brings to our soul. Let's just love and appreciate people. All of them are talented in their own rights and class. Please don't be selfish too to the millennials and younger generation by trying to recreate the 80's concert. We, too, have the right to watch live, and we are just so glad that Journey with Steve Augerie or AP made that happen for us. The past is past, but you can always go back and appreciate the 80s if you wish, and you have all the freedom to do so, but give us also the freedom to appreciate talent at present. AP may not be as what he was when he first started with Journey, but we will all age and experience wear and tear, and nobody is exempted unless you die young! So for the haters and naysayers, if you dont like what you are seeing, then leave, rather than making a crap of yourself here. Do watch videos that suit your taste rather than posting as the all-knowing and all good here. AP got nothing to prove to us. He's done his craft and history carve him now as the longest frontman of Journey whether we like it or not that's already a fact. So i just hope this hate and racist remarks stop sooner and instead let acceptance, appreciation, and respect too of what AP worked hard for be appreciated and recognized. This man AP is just too kind, humble, and talented to hate.❤ He just loves his craft, and his professionalism is just overwhelming.

That's a fact that only old school fans can recall in the most loyal to the moments as they saw JOURNEY playing Steve Perry Their fearless front man creating that familiar Endless Summer vibe!!! how full it was depended on the band that played, i was there and whenever cheap trick came out people were just then getting to the seats, with journey and def leppard, more people were coming in constantly.
These haters are funny,they kept on saying Arnel is sucks,painful to hear and yet their eyes and ears are wide open to watch Arnel,concieted.You just can't believe Arnel is still here despite his age.If his painful to hear,justsimply don't waych.

Weird song to open with when they have so many classics to choose from. Crowd mood killer. Half of them sat down. I was in the front row stage right and I was often the only one standing in my section during certain parts of the show. They didn't sell any tickets in the right pit section so I had clear line of sight to the stages except for the rear main stage upper stage right section. They even kept the lane clear in front of the barricade, which was nice. We're all not getting any younger and it shows. Tough to stand the whole time even with the heat not being so bad. Both good shows overall. The band members of both acts were smiling and clearly enjoying the interactions with the fans.
Arnel is the Singer of Journey, Get over it bands want to keep playing and touring just try to enjoy the Music before it's all over and the tribute bands are all we have left for Our Music 🎶 Don't hate on me but I love Arnel P. Watch the Doc you may be moved Neil Schon was..... Z
The Yardbirds fell apart and then Jimmy Page found Robert Plant and Led Zeppelin was born. Jimmy had to include John Bonam on Drums or it was no Deal it was a good thing that he agreed Led Zeppelin became infamous. Journey Claimed their fame with Steve Perry and that is just that. Alot of successful bands have experienced the same thing.
Singing and performing like The one and only Steve Perry isn't easy as Journey well knows but to continuously do so for 17 yrs. Your bound to show a lot of voice straining at times. Steve was right when he said that Arnel sings his butt off every night. But I think he may be headed for a burnout before long. Frontmen in Successfully Established bands are all aware of this. He will recuperate I'm sure but how much longer will he last and what has to happen that could ruin his vocal cords forever. Good Luck Arnel.

Imagine if Steve Perry was still with Journey how do you think his vocals would sound. Perry wouldn’t have lasted either. Face it Neil Schon loves to tour and he won’t stop which is why Arnel vocals are fried .
Personally I feel the only way SP would be a go, was if he would do "A REUNION SHOW" there is no way he could pull off a tour like this. TOTALLY no dissrespect to SP, just the way it goes with ageing. Arnel will be shot in time as well.
Damn some people need to get a life, if you think Steve Perry is so good......go buy some of his new music. Steve Perry left journey, do you think they suppose to just quit playing???.....or find a new singer???....i prefer the latter...and they found someone that can sing any genre of music. Ive seen Journey 5 times....2 in South Carolina with SP....3 in Georgia with AP....and ive seen both singers solo.....and right now AP would sing circles around SP...... good luck living in the past.
If Steve was singing all your comments would be he can’t sing anymore or he’s not singing in the right key get over it already Steve can’t sing the songs anymore way out of his range he couldn’t even sing one song at the rock & roll hall of fame what does that tell you.
Listening to the present iteration of Journey, unfortunately is lacking in my opinion. Arnel tries really hard and he is a good singer, but the whole experience seems robotic and passionless. Like they are just going through the motions. I saw Journey in concert twice with Steve Perry and the "Escape" lineup and nothing compares to their total cohesiveness and phenomenal chemistry.
No way Steve Perry could do a tour like this!! If he was still touring everyone would be saying Steve Perry sounds horrible these guys should just retire!!

Journey needs to retire they play the same songs same exact set and frankly Arnel vocals are fried. Neil needs to say it’s time to call it quits. Arnel your toast bro it was fun when you first started with the band but hearing you now is painful.
