Arnel Is 53 now though he wasn't way back 2007-15 his vocal cord was amazing. But his stage presence very lively and he sang connect to the audiance as well. Good Job Arnel P

He has an awesome tenor pitch-perfect voice and the raspiness of his voice shows more when he sings ballads that was full of soul and emotions-- Congrats to Arnel Pineda on his 15th year as Journey's frontman! Journey rocks !!!
@@journeykid1 the delusional fans are the ones who think Steve Perry can still this songs in his 70's the dude can barely sing faithfully in his 40's and 50's But I ain't disrespecting him he's still the voice of journey. If u hate this performance so much just don't watch it And tell journey to get back steve perry or jusr replace arnel with someone younger if u hate him so much as a journey "fan"
@@jamesmondragon526 Nobody can sing those songs the way Perry sang them, the notes he hit were and still are unreachable. My point being why go up there and destroy those masterpieces sang by Steve.
From Texas. So glad they are back. Love their music so much Arnel sounds good. Wish I could have been there. They are pretty darn good for aging rockstars. They have a slightly different sound than past concerts. I like it. Reminds me of the one they did in Graspop back in 2010 or 11. It was one of the best

Great to have Deen back, his vocals add so much, to say nothing of his powerhouse drumming. I saw Marco with Whitesnake in '03 and he was a fantastic backing vocalist himself. The recent bickering with Schon and Cain, and then the Smith/Valory drama had me ready to check out of Journey fandom, but screw it the music is still great and I want to see what this era brings. (I even kinda wish Arnel would let his hair grow long again but that's the cheeesy old school rocker in me lol)

@@Heavymetaleternia , as a replacement singer=he's not cutting it. I agree with all you said=100%. But, can't make excuses. I think Dene is gonna be new lead singer. He's stunning. I really believe Arnel 2021 drops Journey a notch from arena headliners to County Fair act.
Good to view schon 2nd to none within pauses, same pauses that no one can predict just where/when they will evolve, playing one within his collection strats". Messaged schon last year post viewing one within his home studio videos, towards one of his custom strats", approx 20-minutes later schon messaged me in return. His words were " Love em" schons take offs also very extraordinary, he can plsce a person within trance in wow catagory, stellar guitarest.

Why was this a repeat. Arnell did a great job at the concert. All I said it look like he was hanging on the rail - by the drums. It was not a bad thing.🤨
Why have two vocalists and why have two drummers. With Dean back he can do both, don't need two extra guys. Maybe they need another guitarist to back up Neal Schon too, and might as well get Ross back and double up on bass as well lol Heck, get Steve Smith back and have three drummers haha
Arnel sounds really bad. He can't hold the notes and his voice is cracking badly. They need to let Deen sing and give Arnel some time to rest his voice and get better. I have never heard him sound this bad.
