The humans have Vala annnnd ummm ya know lol. The niche they gave lightbearers doesn't really fit well in arena. A vast majority of them need to meet conditions that boost their power over time. Vala is get a kill, Valen it's use his ult, Temesia is use ult twice, Korrin and Marilee is also ult related. Vala's condition being easiest to meet so she gets the most play. Funny thing is they gave Lily May the Lightbearer niche and she does it better than Lightbearers. Wilders tend to be about stuns and crowd control but I guess cancelling an ult kinda counts.
I get that, but it's still a bad way to operate a gacha. That'd be like Genshin going, "Hey, we're in the Fire Archon's realm, so only Fire Vision characters for a whole year!"
Who cares? Care about seasons and FOMO release schedules after your game is stable. This game hasn't been stable since the second month after the honeymoon period wore off and everyone realized Eironn was not only going to be forever untouched, he was just going to get an endless wave of extra Wilders to work with. So now they just release chicks with giant racks from the OP faction with OP abilities.
@bagre_ign i mean. They don't have to introduce all characters from afk arena but if they introduce them as NPCs, I think it's only fair to expect them to become playable. It's not like I'm asking for characters from afk arena that haven't been introduced in afk journey lol.

@@13_faces given that they recently released a content wherein you can only use heroes from a certain faction, clearly, there will be an imbalance of power. Hero releases should not be based on season, it should be based on what is currently deficient from a faction.
To me, She’s like Chun-li and zangief combined. Cause Lenya: wild cyclone/ Zangief: red cyclone. Her move-set looks like the spinning bird kick and 100 lightning kicks. I’ve got a feeling the devs are street fighter fans. Can’t wait to get her soon. 😊
Fun fact: From the start of the game until now; Vala is the ONLY new lightbearer & Ludovic is the ONLY new graveborn that has been released this ain't AFK journey anymore... it's Wilders & Maulers journey now 🤣

Vala isn't actually new she was already released on the test realm before game fully released then got moved onto a rate up banner when game launched. There has certainly been a factional imbalance with the units being released though.
@@AidanBussey The Light guys are the worst faction overall, but they also have a billion A-class heroes already and 3 of them are viable or meta... unlike graveborn who I would argue that 1 is meta and Viper guy is ok...

Lily May got enlisted into Eirrons army day 1. Lily May has more invincibility frames then Lenya so it's gonna be real rng to land an ult on Lily May when she's not ya know teleporting around like a nutjob. At this point, all wilders, meta maulers, healers, and gods are in Eirrons army xD. You're gonna see Lenya in Eirron comps unless she's just not a good damage dealer

I just kind of wish she was a warrior and not a rogue. The Wilder faction has a really powerhouse packed rogue category with Eironn and Lily May and they're going to be hurting on "no rogue" challenges. Besides Kafra is kind of weak (don't get me wrong I love the character's theatrical way of speaking, hoot, but I don't feel compelled to use him on my team) so it would be nice if they had another strong warrior besides Florabelle.
This game was pretty fun for a while but it gets extremely boring and repetitive. Also theres so many heroes who are utterly useless and you do absolutely nothing to address it. Kafra, Mirael, Rhys, Fay, walker, Salazar, Velen, Atalanta, it goes on and on. Why even have them in the game when your not going to do anything to make them viable. Just get rid of them because they effectively don't exist already.
I'm super excited for Lenya and have been since I saw her pop up in the story briefly but can we get some big barely clothed men pretty pls? Like id actually spend money lmao.
Don't worry, this new season if you noticed the artwork it's definitely gonna feature Graveborns in the story now, so I'm pretty sure they will give another new Graveborn hero as well

Satrana is another fanservice-y A tier and yet they actually managed to make her look cool. I don't know what happened with Lenya but she looks like an npc.

look, i get it, sexy girls sell cause of the audience stuff, but you migth want to make some characters look more normal, capiche? tolkien made some bad ass characters and that didnt expose their biblical proportions 24/7 that people remember to this very day, make a samurai guy, a dwarf gunner, or a an insane scientist that canonniccaly stole someones skeleton in 15 minutes and also has a cheerfull attitude
compare how much time Lenya was with us during the main story versus Lorsan, and he easily had twice the screentime. yet we get HER playable first?? smh let me have my boy 😤

Lenya parece muy buena, pero son demasiados personajes, demasiado seguidos, no da tiempo ni a subirlos, ni a disfrutarlos, bajen un poco el ritmo por favor, no es necesario tanto pj tan seguido.
