I don't think people are sleeping on him, I think people want to feel good about Jrue being able to score the way we know he can when he needs to. Everyone knows about the defense and intangibles, but it's nice to see that he can rise to the occasion offensively when needed.

Holiday & White & Horford, all selfless players. They can have 0 pts & do so many things to get the win. This game is White swapping role with Holiday where he's been 100% zoned in on D so far & played passively on offense.

You have to do both and that doesn't mean scoring a lot of points but be active. He can be zoned in on defense and is still gonna get cooked by DM. So make him work on defense too.

When Jrue attacks the bucket as he did last night, along with Tatum and Brown ,good things happen ie. a 2 pt. bucket, or 2 free throws, along with a foul on their team…much better than relying on 3’s when there is usually NO ONE REBOUNDING a miss… go Celts, win tomorrow and the end this thing at home….and wait on the knicks-pacers dual…

You got to remember he turned JT around in circles too. He makes tough shots and is very quick. He blew past JB like he was in sand. He's gonna score so JH needs to make him work on defense which is what he did tonight.

Tatum has matured in many ways on the court…it’s more to the game than scoring and he’s impacting in other ways…defensively and offensively he’s gets his team involved early…plays on cruise control - until needed…averaging a double double with 5 assists while being plus 18 on the court seems good to me
