I just now discovered this guy. He kinda has the same sound and style that I play, at least the harmony parts because I play death metal. He has some similarities in his solos with Emil Werstler. Emil plays a lot of chromatic scales and gypsy jazz guitar in his band Daath.

I think that the tone its very Djenty, maybe that's why a lot of people that likes more "traditional" metal sound (scooping the mid out and lots of bass and highs) doesn't like this plugin... Its heavy on mids cause the idea its that can be mix easily and the guitar can cut through the mix

I dig it for what it offers (especially the FX pedals) but man it took me a lot of effort to get something I was ok with using. It didn’t behave well at all when I had an Aeris Savage Drive before the interface, which I found strange since it does nicely with most other plugins I’ve used.

TFMM is great for (ambient) cleans and crunchy leads and therefore more versatile but what Fortin is supposed to do, it does better than anything else in the market, imo.
