Why is this guy not more popular. Every time I see him play he is so smooth with tons of groove and makes extremely complicated stuff look easy. He never play's a bunch of fast notes for the sake of showing how many things he can hit in a short period of time but always in context of the groove and rhythm theme.
Ever seen these America's got Talent kid drummers that attempt to do drum solos? Well, this is how it is done. A perfect combination of technique, groove, feel. Very impressive. Very rarely are drum solos done so well.
This guy has been one of my biggest drummer inspirations since Jon Bonham. I've been watching his technique and inspired to practise harder. Thank you Juan 👍
