It won't be a Yankee next year but what a pleasure to get to watch him play! He helped get them to the WS! He changed not just the talent level, but the Ora of the team aswell! Just thank you !❤
The Mets have a really bright looking future. Maybe Soto will want to be a part of that along with the contract he will get from Steve Cohen. Noone expected for them to get into the postseason on a transition year where they didn't make the biggest moves. For them to not only make the postseason but to end up being 1 of the last 4 teams standing and make a run at the Dodgers like they did. This before what could be 1 of their biggest off-seasons in a good time along with their top prospects who will be ready to start cracking the majors. As good as they were this year when no one was expecting it, they are about to become alot better for years to come God willing with the help of Stearns and Cohen. Soto knows and he felt how good the Mets were this season when he faced them and he knows they're about to become even better. He can envision how much better their lineup would be with him in it and he knows that their owner is the richest in baseball. He knows they have a younger and very good and saavy manager in Mendoza, 1 of the best pitching coaches in Hefner and the player with the biggest smile in baseball in Lindor. 😁😄 That's alot with plenty of upside in it for him to consider. With how the Mets were assembled for this postseason they forced the Dodgers to a game 6. With a healthy and strong bounce back from Senga, the addition of another top starter to an upgraded rotation, an upgraded bullpen, their top prospects joining the action "Mauricio, Williams, Sproat, Scott ex ", guys who are bound to have big years next year like Nimmo, Alvarez, Vientos, Alonso ex" if they retain him " to name some. And the Mets can overcome the Dodgers or whoever stands in their way. Let's go Mets.
I think if he ends up with the Mets, with the Mets he will do it. He will win it all. If next year he ends up in the world series in a Mets uniform, they will win it with him.
Music to my ears. Well said. Yesterdays yankees top stars showed they’re not ready for big pressure moments with those 3 errors. Soto loves those moments and mets showed their ready for those big moments. There is no better fit for soto than the mets. Oh and Uncle Steve is going to break the bank this off-season
Media - Won't it be hard to leave the Yankees? Soto - Nah, show me the money. What a brutal line of questioning, they just had maybe the worst lose in Yankee history.
@@Spirosbotos the mets and the dodgers are both gonna offer 700m the only difference is if he goes to LA hes gonna win a championship too. its the only logical decision
If I'm a Yankee fan I'd be very nervous about Soto leaving......that interview certainly didn't sound like he's giving them a better look than any other team. Steinbrenner will have to make the biggest offer. I don't necessarily see that happening because he's not as engaged to winning championships like his father.
People here saying, hes going to LA,yes is possible, but since hes first week he play with the Yankees,he said he want to stay in ny ,and the big bag is waiting for him right in queens
I wouldn't even blame him if he chooses not to stay. We didn't have the same earnest as the Dodgers to win this thing, he's won it before so of course he takes the WS seriously..unlike us.
hhahahahahaah good luck he is your "team" just won the ws and your online looking at juan soto contract situation????? lol Fairweather fan. He is coming to the mets Cohen has the money but def not the dodgers lmaoooo delusion is real on here.....
Don't kid yourself the Dodgers are the highest payroll in baseball!! The defered Ohtani contract still makes the Doders the highest payroll yearly!.. it's simple math!
