Honestly pretty disappointing that the judicial system has allowed Judge Cannon's farce of a court to continue this long. We need to be able to address obvious malfeasance in our own judicial system.

That is my biggest frustration in this case. He stole a ton of the documents for a reason, he probably sold some to foreign governments, and he probably made copies. He has deliberately undermined the security of the country, and our allies and agents in other countries. For this he should be in prison now, and the rest of his unnatural life. It's not just a bunch of love letters from Putin, it's what he sent back to Putin and others in return.

Yes-it only counts at the ballot box (and not really if you live in NY or CA, but triply so if you live in a low population red state like Montana-so the ones whose votes make the difference are about 200k swing voters in purple states). Why do we have, make that keep, a system where blue states pay 9$ to feds for every 1$ we get back, red states spend 1$ for every 9$ they get back, and then a red state vote counts for 3 blue state votes so Trump can lose by 3 million in 2016 and still take office or 7 million in 2020 but it’s close? This is nuts. We need fix things.

I don't know about the reason why Smith does not petition for her removal. However, I do not think she has the intelligence to be devious. Because she keeps issuing paperless orders involving scheduling or dismissing filings without prejudice. As a result she hasn't issued many actual rulings that Jack Smith could try and take up to the 11th circuit. Apparently, the lesson Cannon learned the last time she got spanked by the 11th circuit is that she shouldn't make decisions. In all honesty I think if Trump loses the election she'll try to delay this case until after 2028.

Subpoena phone records, email, etc. She's way too obvious. The 11th Circuit has already received over 1,000 complaints about her and evidently are doing nothing.

The complainants were, I think, acting on advice of fmr DC attorney Kirschner, hence the volume of complaints. For some reason the 11th circuit thinks they can just shut the door on future complaints but that had better be mere bluster - it's improper for the 11th crct to say that, period. But even if every complaint is chock-full of citations of binding precendent, there just doesn't seem to be any binding precedent that demands her removal. Or... is it more correct to say "the system" is failing, as "the authorities" (those with the power to correct this problem) are not bound to take action due to their moral failure in this case. You can't just subpoeana anyone without a cause of action ("complaint"/lawsuit filed and docketed.)

Those complaints were effectively solicited by progressive podcasters prompting their audience. Blame Kirschner for overstepping on that one and giving the 11 circuit an excuse to trash all complaints for being "coordinated". They're still conservative too, they just have a few more limits than she does.
