The friggin entitlement in that woman is staggering. STAGGERING. She was trying to make an argument that she is ENTITLED to that family’s money. That is absolutely MIND. BOGGLING...to me.
It wasn't so much entitlement (as in you she should've given me the money) as it was "she had ENOUGH money to GIVE me, and therefore I don't need to pay her back". She is so deluded into thinking that those with excess should dole out their riches when asked. She's more an idiot than anything.
The scared part is this entitlement is widespread and with each passing generation more and more believe that they are entitled to the same success and comfort as other people who have worked for it and that they should enjoy the same luxuries WITHOUT working for them.
@@lyndelljones5483 OMG!! I just found a web page about her, bitch is totally crazy, she homeschools all of those kids. How is it that's allowed for kids so young? They need social interaction with kids their ages, this is just crazy.
The sickest part is not her thinking that she does not have to pay the other woman back simply because the other woman has a little money, but that she think it is a valid, legal argument FFS. What an awful, awful person.
I know, I have dealt with a certain someone with this mentality, and they had the nerve to ask me for more money because "I know you got it so give it up" karma got them tho
Erica is awful. I chose to be a stay-at-home Mother and my husband and I made the financial sacrifices that go with it. I wouldn't expect other people to subsidize me.
Defendant: "She only has two children." JJ: "She only has as many children as she can afford to take care of." Defendant: "I also have a dog." JJ: "Oh, well you also have a dog, case dismissed." Is that really how she expected it to go?
@@jetstream6389 From Wiktionary: Verb loan (third-person singular simple present loans, present participle loaning, simple past and past participle loaned) (usually double transitive, US, dated in Britain, informal) To lend (something) to (someone). It's both a noun and a verb.
If you would work for what you want, you would have it. Some people think because they decided to make children, they can be thieves and nobody would care.

Hope not, she apparently has a 9 month old baby at home: those pregnancies would be awfully close together! More likely, after 5 kids, it's just harder for her to get rid of the previous baby belly.
Sank herself at the end..."she loaned me,... er oops!" And she posted on Facebook that her husband bought an $800 car alarm, which started the whole case. Not the brightest bulb in the pack!
This is one of my favourites. Thank you. Some people are angry my husband and I chose not to have children instead we spend our money on vacations and dinners. Etc. People with kids want us to babysit, help them with money, etc. It’s frustrating.
We just met and married each other very late in life. And having children was a risk. It’s actually nobody’s business why we’re a childless couple but what bothers me is when people condemn us for not having children or when they expect us to help them with their own.
Google Critic Good for you if that’s your choice! You don’t owe those people anything, they are responsible for their own ‘makings’, whether it be bills, children, dogs or any other situations. I hope you are enjoying a good life that you work hard for? God bless ❤️🦋🙏

This takes entitlement to a whole new level. Just because her friend is doing well, drives a nice car, has someone clean her house etc., she thinks she shouldn't have to pay back money she borrowed from her? Geez. That is messed up.
She has a 9 month old. She obviously didn't give her overused junk the suggested amount of time to recover. At this point it's gotta be like throwing a hot dog down a hallway.
"She only has 2 children" "She has as many children as she could afford to take care of". "I also have a dog!" "Oh, well then, CASE DISMISSED, WE'RE DONE!!"😂😂😂😂😂😂
You work hard. Manage your money well. You have nice things. Umm. So where is my cut? Would be Lmfao except she's serious. And the real scary part is she's raising 5 more that will probably have the same attitude. Signpost up ahead. You have just entered the entitled zone. Creepy isn't it?
Bill Callahan What I hate just as bad is when you have money and you buy something and then all of a sudden people start saying things like “that’s wasn’t smart. You should’ve saved. Waste of money” 😕😕😕😕😕what the fuck? People can’t control their jealousy so they take it out passive aggressively
Could this person be more irritating? People who lie cannot remember the truth, so their tale of woe is pathetic. Money was loaned to her. No one would dole out money just because they have it. You know her argument in court is not the way she originally asked. Go to a bank, ask the loan officer if they can give her money, they have a safe full of it, and because the bank has it it's hers for the taking? As Doctor Evil would say "Riiiiggghhht."
“They drive BMWs and have child care so they can afford to give ME free money because I decided to push three more children than her out of my gooch!” Having a bunch of kids doesn’t make you entitled to hardworking peoples money, lady. Also the way she basically says “of course I don’t have a job I have 5 kids” as if there’s mother’s out there that aren’t juggling a full time job and lots of kids lmao. Being a stay at home mom is usually a choice so she can chose to get a part time job to support her own offspring
EXACTLY!!! FINALLY SOMEONE UNDERSTANDS! I and my beautiful wife decided to never have kids, and everyone that I know that has kids is always asking for help. Like no
The more you watch of Judge Judy, the more you pick up on her next level genius strategies. When she starts getting off topic of actual legality and starts talking about her point of view on things, she's baiting someone. If she can get them riled up, she can see what kind of person they really are. When she found out about the five children, she put the pieces together that this woman was having a hard time in life. All she had to do was get her to admit that this is what it was. She is a friggin genius.
She was asked about this topic in an interview. Her answer was hilarious. She said her children got away with a lot more than you’d think. Because she was so busy and had Jewish guilt. 😂😂
Yes, finally I saw the whole episode of this. So it was a short case. I really loved Judy Judy “and?...and?...AND?”. Exactely, who cares how much money someone has, it’s their choice what they do with it
Defendant at the end: "I don't know what happened?" You admitted it was a loan and lost the case. Just because someone HAS a BMW and other nice things, doesn't mean they have a lot of money. In fact, them having all those nice things is where all their money is going towards every month. People need to think before speaking.
Just by watching this video I finally understand Judy's method to finding out who to put judgement on. She gets people riled up and when they get a bit emotional the truth spills out on accident.
This is why if you ever lend somebody money. I don't care if it's a friend or family member. Always make out a contract. Doesn't have to be fancy but their signature and your signature with the terms in black and white.
Yup, or just don't bother lending the money in the first place. You'll either never see the money again or you'll never see the friend again. Unless you get collateral.
The sad thing is, most of us know someone like the defendant..... the type of person who thinks they deserve a free ride from anyone who has more money than they do.
nothing wrong with being a stay home parent if you can afford it. I knew many couples were one stayed home or worked part time. My step brother basically did child care while being a stay home parent (loved it). I could see if god forbid, her husband died and she needed some temporary help but come on? Your husband just bought a 600 car alarm. You were going to be renting out your house. No reason not to pay her back even if she had to do monthly payments.
It's always such a fascinating study to see the lowest forms of life showing up on shows like this, trying to outsmart the smartest person in the room - such riveting stuff....
I love how she says she has 5 children, with all the attitude. Judge is right, though, as usual. You have as many kids as you can afford to take care of. I can understand having 1 or 2 by accident, but if you have 5, and asking people for money, there's a problem.
Well, maybe the first time they figured out how it ended up happening, so they take extra precaution and it ends up happening again. That did happen to my parents. They sealed the deal after their 2nd was born.@@okbruh
I would starve to death before I would take a loan from a girlfriend. Never involve your friendships with money or men or they will end! If my friends need something I just give it. No loans.
02:20 “I also have a dog.” The audience member on the left (long hair, black shirt) immediately starts laughing, haha. Watch her, also, as Erika says, “She had the money to give me! She LOANED ME... no, she didn’t loan me...” JJ: VERDICT FOR THE PLAINTIFF!!
She blew that in the end when she said( she loaned me) i dont care if their millionaires they earned their money why would she just hand it over to you and not expect to be paid back shes only known her for 2 years thats not long some people are just takers and think if someone has more than they do their entitled to their good fourtune well sorry you,re not pay your own way ya creep!
That Gebhardt actually still keeps the money she took. The plaintiff gets her compensation from the show's production fund. However, Gebhardt is a real snake and probably knows about avoiding garnishment, so a show like this is the best recourse for getting their money back even if it also rewards losers like Gebhardt.
I lent a friend money once, she told me she would pay me back at the end of the month. She ‘forgot’ so I was left in the awkward position of having to ask for it back, she then paid it back. She asked to borrow again a few months later, I said no and distanced myself from her. She had many other people she could have asked but I believe she targeted me because she knows my husband is wealthy. I won’t ever lend money again.
I too learned. It WAS a BFF for over 45 years. She borrowed over 2,000. I cut her off. Demanded a regular payment back in a monthly agreement. I put it in writing had her sign it. In the writing lol I put I, (her name) agree if I'm not paying this back according to this agreement (my name) can take me to court." That worked!! Lol
YUP. And she hasn't learned to close her legs. Looks like the 6th is on its way. She's the type of person who is unhappy, ungrateful, and pretty soon we will see on the news that she murdered her kids like Andrea Yates. Because she hates her life.
love the plantiffs glasses. as for the defendant looks like a 6th baby is on the way. if u got a husband, and are able to make babies u should be able to come up with the money to take care of them. if u cant afford to have 5 kids well now 6 then dont have them!
I don't think she is having a baby..her last one is only 9 months and probably took a toll on her body( looking like a bag of wet laundry...lol). At least I hope she is not!!
No (even though it looks like it) she wasn’t carrying another child Victorya... Me thinks the only thing she was carrying.... was Leigh Fransens money!
"If you hadn't made 5 children you, would be able to have a job, work full time, and maybe drive around in a BMW. Instead what you choose to do, is you chose to have a GAGGLE of children. That was your choice! Your choice to have lots of kids. She chose to have 2, have a job, drive around a BMW. What is that your business?"
