Judge Simpson Tosses Defendant In JAIL For Doing NOTHING While On Probation, “I’m DONE With You!” 

Judge Simpson is one of the most fair judges out there, he would've been better to have kept his mouth shut. We need more judges like Judge Simpson ❤

My god that lawyer is terrible. Can’t even speak - sentence without saying UMM 3 times each. So annoying and unprofessional. She has to be a public defender.

This was an epic takedown. I would have turned myself in but I have more warrants so I didn't. What kind of logic is that

I hate to say it, but this guy deserves jail time I mean it I mean, you do absolutely nothing. So many of these people think that probation is part of their right no probation is a gift. It is your chance and then they say give me a chance probation was your chance. Something you just have to go to jail.

Oh geezzz, there are actually consequences to actions???

"Uhm" I dont know, "uhm" why, "uhm" , but it bothers me when a lawyer or prosecuter, being in a professional position, says, "uhm" about 4 times in each sentence they say. Maybe just me.

I feel bad he will miss the birth though. His lawyer said umm 30 times. The prosecutor said umm 16 times. Lol. Also, he rapped what he wrote.

"A baby on the way". Compulsory sterilization as a part of probation, imho.

I did nothing on probation and when I went to court they put me in jail..I didnt beg or make excuses..I knew I was going to jail when I went to court.. because I had done nothing..take your punishment. Shoplifters cry and beg when they are caught..why?you know what u do is wrong..I don't get the begging and excuses

This is a tough case. Doesn't seem that we see too many people who violate their probation who are working forty hours a week for a major corporation. This guy seems more like a knucklehead rather than a desperate criminal. I wish him well.

The amount of times his lawyer says “um” is unbelievable. Do the lawyers NEVER go back and listen to themselves?!? It sounds unprofessional and distracting. I swear this should be a failing point in their public speaking courses

Why do so many attorneys keep saying "um um um um um?" It's so annoying for someone with that level of education to have no mastery of the English language.

That boy is slow he got the warrants because he wasnt checking in or doing anything. He saying i cant do anything until i can get the warrants off well thats why u got the warrants

Find a new lawyer who can speak properly.
