Greetings from beautiful (once? Catholic) Bavaria to beautiful (once? Catholic) Ireland. I've been a great Fr Meeks fan myself ever since I discovered him on RU-vid.
Very good, Fr. Meeks! We do need to discern just about everything we hear and see, to make sure it is of God and not man! Through the gifts of the Holy Spirit, which we must nurture, we can trust in God to show us the way.
The capacity to discern good from evil......bless God forever! And how this so much expresses my point....I DO NOT CARE if this man is a Catholic and I am protestant. I love him and his messages because the Spirit flows from breast to breast....I can discern good from evil...this man, is a good man and loyal servant of the Lord. I lose sight of what denomination to which he belongs...that becomes meaningless. It's our common faith in Jesus Christ that binds us as brothers. I am blessed by brother Meeks. Let us love each other, rather than bite each other because you insist on loyalty to Rome...or rejection as an infidel. Thank God for honest men of God who stand against the evil of the day. May Yahweh God bless you all in love and fullness, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Merry Christmas!
Father Meeks, thank you for your Homilies. They enrich the homilies at my Sunday Mass. You have provided me with an opportunity to deepen my understanding of our Faith.🙏🏻🛐🙏🏻
Thank you for recording your sermons and discussing the issues of today. It is good to see that there are some churches and priests that are true disciples. Why has the Catholic Church hierarchy conformed to the new world order versus trying to get the world to conform to God's Word? I have left my local parish because they are still promoting fear and following government mandates. How can I attend Mass there and receive the body and blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ? I will not do that -- I am stepping back until the church is cleansed.
Satan thought he could change God and His law in heaven and was kicked out with his followers to earth. Again Satan attacks God's law and uses religion to think to change God's law on earth. Those that read the Bible see that God does not change and is the same yesterday, today and forever (Malachi 3:6, Hebrews 13:8). Those that follow the doctrine/traditions of men such worship is in vain (worthless) (Mark 7:7, Matthew 15:8-10). God warns us that you can't change His law, but you can think to change it (Daniel 7:25). Those that have obedience to the faith and keep His commandments go to heaven (Revelation 22:14).
