Very helpful video. One question though. You have the XL frame. I'm wondering how tall you are. The bike looks great and that matte black is beautiful.
thank you for watching! my husband is 6'1" tall. he said he could have bought three Large or medium frame and would have been fine. the larger frame was to get maximum leg extension but he hardly pedals and he bought the 2000 watt upgrade and can go 30mph on throttle only.

Very good.. Did you look at or consider any other 26x4 fat tire 1,000 watt e-bikes? Why did you chose Juiced Ripcurrent-S? What other 52V 1,000 watt bikes did you know about? Oh, and why not the Step Through?
hi thanks for your note and question. at the time I was shopping ebikes, most were 750W. Juiced had just launched their new RipCurrent S at 1000W standard ... Juiced was highly recommended by peers riding on beaches and fishing likeninwanted to do. .. i called Juiced a number of times with questions before I purchased the bike. Their support was amazing. the clincher was the XL frame size, phenominal support including the DIY videos and ability to upgrade to 2000W...the step through is not upgradable to the 2K watts. step throughs are cool and easier to get off and on. I'm old school and prefer the step over hope that helps!
thanks for watching the video and your question. I agonized on the frame size. I went with the XL. I'm 6ft tall too. I'm happy with the size I don't have to raise the seat much to get my legs fully extended for maximum penalty power. I found I don't really need to do that as the pedal assist kicks in ... I now like to have knee slight bent and able to sit on the seat with my feet flat on the ground while waiting for a light to change. the Large would have been fine for me too. hope that helps.
How did you get it onto the beach? I'm a beach fisherman and have to go over a small sand dune and loose sand. Have you tried it in loose sand at the beach?

I haven't had issues with Juiced they have always been responsive to my emails and calls. Sorry you had a bad experience. I know there are no perfect companies and customer support isn't always consistent. Have you heard of others having the same issues?
