Juicing is a fantastic, way to pack loads of nutrients, to help hydrate your body and to help heal a number of ailments. Now, of course, you can juice however you want to if you're looking for a couple of extra tips and tricks to help you along the way, then this video is for you.
I'm going to take you through some juice and do's and juicing don'ts to help you along your juicing journey. So, we'll start with the juicing dos. Do focus on juicing leafy greens (green vegetables). If you focus too much on fruit rather than vegetables, then your juice is going to be super high in sugar and not so high in nutrients.
Things like lemons, limes and green apples are good additions to your vegetable base. Do invest and a good juicer, that's going to give store-bought juices a run for their money and make juicing worth your while. Do drink juice on an empty stomach, as long as it has a mostly vegetable base so that your body can absorb all of that goodness.
Now moving on to the juicing. Don't let your juice sit around for too long. Not only is it best served straight away, and most delicious as fresh as possible, but it is also going to be unpasteurized if you're juicing at home. So if you are gonna wait to drink it, then you need to store it safely in the fridge. Don't get too wrapped up in a so-called end goal for juicing.
It should really be a healthy addition to your everyday routine. That's going to boost your overall health. Don't put too much pressure on yourself. Don't get bored with drinking all the same juice, all the time. There are an incredible amount of fruits and vegetables out there that can be juiced and variety is a key. Someone needs to teach you correctly. We are actually fruitterians. Just organic NATURAL fruits. Some plants are man made too. Your other video you mentioned alkaline. That's soul a fruit diet. Real fruit. Dr. Sebi can show you real fruits.
