Ingredients:
2 thick cut boneless pork chops
vegetable oil
2-4 tables butter
Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning to taste
Directions:
Rinse and trim extra fat off of pork chops.
Rinse and pat dry the pork chops.
Rub Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning on both sides of the pork chops.
Preheat griddle to medium-high heat 375 degrees.
Carefully oil the griddle with vegetable oil and butter.
Place the pork chops on the griddle and cook over medium high heat.
After about 5-7 minutes, turn the chops over and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
The cooking time varies based on the temperature outside, the thickness of the meat, and the griddle temp.
Remove the pork chops from the griddle once the pork chop internal temperature reached 145 degrees
Cover and let them rest for 2-5 minutes before serving.
