Co-Governance is a UN initiative. Maori signed up in 2010 under traitor Pita Sharpner.

Not surprised but still saddened that the court appears to have a political motivation in its assessment of this case instead of actually sticking to what the law tells them. As Sean and Julian discussed earlier in the week, this should be a straightforward case as the evidence of the statements being made and the exact content is not in any doubt whatsoever, leaving the defendants to prove the statements are somehow true. They can't merely wave it off as opinion, because again it would need to be established how said opinion was arrived at, which would make it pretty easy for the prosecution to show that the comments were therefore deliberate and made with malice.

Keep going Julian, it is a worthy fight to make every New Zealander equal under the law.
